Terrible customer service. Currently have 7 lines with them. Daughter accidentally called international calling and they charged me an additional $200 on phone bill! Wouldn’t dispute at all! Currently in the process of moving phone companies. They only tell me “go to Apple Store” couldn’t even take off the voice over on my iPhone. Asked to trade the phone back in because I have insurance and they said they couldn’t do it. If I have insurance why?
