Jean the salesperson added an unknown iPhone 13 to my account 30 minutes after I left the store. Will be reporting to the necessary authorities. Nice try defrauding me buddy, not gonna work.
This place is a mixed bag. There aren't enough seats for people to wait. The place is disorganized. On top of that, the phone customer service is okay. The person, Joe, who I initially spoke to didn't give me good information. But the person, Tyler, who I saw in person gave me great information. The only downside was that my mom and I had to wait close to an hour for our turns despite checking in electronically. Very unhappy with their customer service. I made an appointment at this location and selected 'mobile phone plan' as the option as for reason why. When I got there, there were like 6 workers and no customers in the store so they weren't busy. After I told them I was there for an appointment they asked what it was for and I said to explore phone plans with Verizon to switch and I wanted to look at newer phones to possibly switch to.
