I had probably the worst experience with a cell phone provider ever. I went in to do a phone upgrade to the S26 Ultra Saturday 13th of june. The associate that helped me was awesome. We got the phone ordered because i was going with 1TB. It had to be ordered because they dont keep them in stock. The lady named Jamie at the store is not nice. She’s very rude. She’s not welcoming. She’ll give you an answer before she even opened your account and get your phone number. She was not pleasant. She made my experience awful if I could reach out to corporate just to call for her I would she should not be representing Verizon in any way shape or form. She lacks customer service skills. I visited the Verizon store on Prosperity Lane in Stafford with a phone issue, and the staff was very unhelpful and I was completely ignored. The staff showed no interest in helping me with my issue and gave faulty advise on how to resolve my problem; they just watched me as I ended up calling customer support myself. They dont care about customer service at all. I had to drive to the Fredericksburg location, where they fixed my issue immediately. I’m giving one star only because zero isn’t an option.
Jorge is AMAZING!! Based off of previous reviews, his name popped up a LOT. So when we went in today we had the intention of asking for him. As God would have it, we got him by chance!! & we were so excited it worked out that way. He is so kind, knowledgeable, and professional! All while being funny and informative at the same time. I switched to Verizon thinking I was getting a $1000 trade-in credit toward a new phone. What they don’t make clear (unless you dig through the fine print) is that this “credit” is just a string of monthly bill discounts designed to lock you in. When I decided to pay off my phone and leave, they charged me the FULL remaining balance — completely wiping out the value of my trade-in.
