Jorge is AMAZING!! Based off of previous reviews, his name popped up a LOT. So when we went in today we had the intention of asking for him. I switched to Verizon thinking I was getting a $1000 trade-in credit toward a new phone. What they don’t make clear (unless you dig through the fine print) is that this “credit” is just a string of monthly bill discounts designed to lock you in. When I decided to pay off my phone and leave, they charged me the FULL remaining balance — completely wiping out the value of my trade-in. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.
We walked in couple minutes ago. The associate came to take care of us. Then after 2 min he disregards us and said the lady was there first but didn’t see her. 2 min pass and the lady was with the female associate and he just went to another customer leaving us in there. Had a great experience with Jorge getting us set up on Verizon at a lower rate then we were previously paying. Had some issues with my new phone as well and Jorge went above and beyond to right the situation top notch customer service.
