They don't have a case for my phone, even after they recommended it in the first place
Went to the Verizon on Blackstock Rd, last week to get a new phone. I was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable Verizon representative, named Lisa. I was needing information about different plans and a few phones. She answered all of my questions and guided me in the right direction with my purchase. She made my experience very pleasant and she knows a lot about Verizon’s products and plans. She is a priceless employee. Thank you so much, Lisa!
If you like to be tricked into spending more money per month with no real explanation of what you’re adding to your plan, come here. I went to another VW today (boiling springs) and was told I’m paying $40 extra a month for “home protection” or whatever he said, when I never signed up! Thankfully Matthew (@boiling springs) helped me and did everything he could to lower my bill! I will never come to this store again. They thrive off conning you into spending more money so they get a check. Awful.
