These folks, along with online help, finally figured out the issue with my new phone & sent me an extender to use. My signal reached about 20 feet from the house, but not inside. The extender did the trick.

Steer clear of these thieves. I recently got a new phone there under the condition that Verizon would pay off my old device. I have been billed the amount that they agreed to pay off, customer service is unreachable, and I have already gone into the store again to have this resolve and was told it would be. However, after all that, I still was overcharged by nearly $300 this month. I cannot get anyone to make this right so far and we'll be disputing the charge and considering legal action. Came in today with iPhone troubles. Got a new iPhone and Jennifer helped me with my issue transferring all my data and not losing any of my personal data. Thank You Verizon and Thank You Jennifer for taking the time and such good care EVEN though I didn’t come in for a sale, you STILL took great care of me. Thank You. God bless

I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years, and I’m very disappointed with the experience I had at this location. One of the employees canceled my order without my authorization, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. After a decade of loyalty, I expected better communication, respect, and accountability. I hope Verizon addresses this issue and ensures all employees handle customer accounts with proper care and authorization in the future.
