Verizon is the worst . Someone within went online and got 4 tablets and 4 watches ⌚️ I didn't know anything about and they tried to charge me the bullshit and I got a 23 ultra .Long story short I love it over at Att&t.
We have been Verizon customers for a long time and have been to multiple stores. We received excellent customer service! Kara and Karie were very helpful, and professional.
Be careful!!! This is the second time they have added a line to my name and added a new phone number to this place even though I never asked for it! It's very annoying😡
These folks, along with online help, finally figured out the issue with my new phone & sent me an extender to use. My signal reached about 20 feet from the house, but not inside. The extender did the trick.
