Back in December of 2025 they ran a promotion they would buy out our contract with another cell phone carrier if we transferred over to Verizon. We did it and did everything we were asked to do. Turned in our phone submitted bills etc. Everything. Originally, Antwon said we would get our gift cards to pay off our old phone in a few weeks through an email. E-mail never came. Worst phone company out there!!!!! Do not fall for there tricks. A 3 week billing cycle is ridiculous.
Machine to make payments It doesn't work; it accepts your payment but doesn't apply it to your account. When you ask for help, no one wants to assist you—and an employee named Tammy is extremely rude and awful; she refuses to help.
