Been in the store now for 30 minutes and twice I was told I could call Verizon to get help. Once for trying to eliminate a line and a payment. And the next was when I asked to upgrade my phone. The gentleman seemed frustrated as soon as I asked to work on my commercial account with over 10 lines on it. If I come in to the store why would you have me call Verizon? And when you spend close to 12000$ a year in cellular service you would think they would jump to help you. About to switch to T-Mobile would give 0 stars if I could

We’ve been to this store three times in the last month or so for different reasons and the guys there were awesome all three times. They were really helpful and friendly and I never felt like they just wanted to sell me something.

This place tries to push a terrible offer on you and makes you feel like you have no options. Go see Randy at Best Buy across the street and he will give you exactly what you need and want.

Switching service providers is a very difficult process. Thank you to Antonio, Sir Andre and many others at this location for helping me through the process. I’m glad I came to this store because they have associates who know how to get things done, even when the issue seems impossible. I truly appreciate all of the help I received here!

Not sure if it’s because I came in to the store 1hour before close but the customer service was horrible. From the get go, it seemed like we were treated with attitude from the employee, LANCE . He talked to my wife and I as if we were beneath him. Felt good walking out without saying goodbye.
