Been waiting almost 2 hours. Keep getting told to wait a little longer. Honestly I feel it shouldn’t have been waiting 2 hours to buy one phone and only 3 customers in the store.
Joke of a store walked in was told to sit down and they would check me in momentarily 15 minutes pass without anyone approaching me nor did anyone els enter the store in the time i was sitting there before i got up to walk out as im walking out the lady who told me to sit down and wait attempted to signal someone to check me in finally but by that point i had waisted enough of my time being ignored its a slow day at this store and the employees work with absolutely 0 urgency ive been to some bad verizon stores but this takes... read more
Had a virus or unwanted app (due to my downloading of a suggested app). Came in and Xzavier did his magic and fixed it within minutes. No long wait to to get a rep either. I will come back here when it's time to upgrade my phone.
We went to get new phone and I was dreading the process. As it turned out it was quite painless. Lance and T were excellent to work with. They even offered some suggestions that brought down our monthly bill. Highly recommend!
