This place tries to push a terrible offer on you and makes you feel like you have no options. Go see Randy at Best Buy across the street and he will give you exactly what you need and want.
Switching service providers is a very difficult process. Thank you to Antonio, Sir Andre and many others at this location for helping me through the process. I’m glad I came to this store because they have associates who know how to get things done, even when the issue seems impossible. I truly appreciate all of the help I received here!
Not sure if it’s because I came in to the store 1hour before close but the customer service was horrible. From the get go, it seemed like we were treated with attitude from the employee, LANCE . He talked to my wife and I as if we were beneath him. Felt good walking out without saying goodbye.
I am completely baffled with the experience my husband and I just had. If I can give zero stars I would… I believe the reps name is Lance at this location but he needs some serious customer service training. They sold me a damaged IPhone and the manager Phill and his assistant thought it was a joking matter!! I will making more this get addressed appropriately!!!
