They sold me a damaged IPhone and the manager Phill and his assistant thought it was a joking matter!! I will making more this get addressed appropriately!!!

I've been a Verizon customer for many years and I went to this store yesterday to get upgrades for me and my son and Andre was by far the best sales rep I've every had. He's very knowledgeable and informative about all the promotions, plans, products, payments and warranty. I was really impressed with his service. Verizon needs more reps like Andre in their stores.
