Phil and his trainee did a wonderful job helping my family, and finding the best value. I have been in twice in past few weeks upgrading phones and dealing with horrible experiences from Verizon corporate. He and his team helped me both times. I had stopped in multiple Verizon stores, and will drive past them straight to this one going forward. Working with the human beings in the store made the difference. Best customer service team I have had in over 17 years as a Verizon customer.
Terrible service! I’ve been dealing with ongoing issues with Verizon. I went into the store as suggested from customer service and the lady there refused to help me and was very unprofessional.
Very nice store with great people to help with all needs. Definitely going back to this location.
