Rob was extremely rude and impatient over the phone over a misunderstanding. Eventually hung up on me after stating, “JUST BRING THE PHONE IN THEN.” I usually try to avoid calling customer service for help but ironically, Jim had zero issues helping me. Jim was also knowledgeable and informative and had me taken care of in two minutes.
Excellent service
Customer service is horrible, very rude staff. Went in to trade in phone for credit on account, instead of $650 it was zero so I wanted my phone back. I was told that I could not have it back because the trade in was completed. The Manager took the phone to a back room for a while, then returned it to me and now the back of the phone is sticking out and will not go back together. It was not like that when I took it in there. Will look into changing to another provider after having Verizon for over 30 years.
Today’s experience was terrible I came for help and the older fella in there just out to give me a hard time I don’t see how he has a job Tillmans corner Verizon yall need to actually help people or replace the entire staff do better yall
