Excellent service
Customer service is horrible, very rude staff. Went in to trade in phone for credit on account, instead of $650 it was zero so I wanted my phone back. I was told that I could not have it back because the trade in was completed. The Manager took the phone to a back room for a while, then returned it to me and now the back of the phone is sticking out and will not go back together. It was not like that when I took it in there. Will look into changing to another provider after having Verizon for over 30 years.
Today’s experience was terrible I came for help and the older fella in there just out to give me a hard time I don’t see how he has a job Tillmans corner Verizon yall need to actually help people or replace the entire staff do better yall
My Fiancé needed a new phone and we planned on moving her from AT&T to verizon. They had a good promo going on so we both ended up getting new phones for nothing and a very reasonable increase on the bill. I wasn't going to pull the trigger right away. One of their other salesman came over and said if you grt them now I'll take $200 off your first bill. I said ok, put it in writing.
