Stopped at 2 stores for a tablet accessory. First store didn’t have it. Second store had it but I couldn’t buy it since it’s not in the system. Seriously? I called customer service and was told a 3rd store had it and offered to message them to hold it for me. I get to the store and am told that customer service has no way to see their inventory and no, they don’t have it. So I bought it online, and not from Verizon
