Went to adress issues with my bill and was told the wait was 45min. I waited for an hour only to have two employees say to each othet that they did not want to deal with my issue. Due to this I am switching to t-mobil as they will actually help customers this next week. They have lost a customer after one month of service.
My wife and I came in to transfer her phone to my plan, and they weren’t even interested in trying to do it. The lady who greeted us was very rude and asked my wife if she had Verizon to which my wife answered yes. The lady got all snippy about it and continued to ask my wife if she had Verizon to which my wife replied again yes. They just told us to get on the chat on the app and do it that way.
