Cienna and Jose, They provided excellent customer service to me. They were very professional very sufficient and they made sure that when I came into the store for I got it. They gave me all the time I needed it. I would recommend them to anybody who needs service at this Verizon store, I believe that they should be getting a raise and highest amount you give because they deserve it. . Well, you know I’m a believer like it ain’t like thank you I’ll pay your bills. You know what I mean. Oh good job. Good job don’t pay bill OK
They closed before their closing hours and refused to take a call 15 minutes prior. Literally no one in store. Jobs are hard to come by and these people obviously don’t care.This location is unprofessional and straight up

Jose is amazing! He helped us transfer our account from another provider. He was always smiling and made us feel like family. Jose made our experience wonderful.
10/10 recommend working with Jose he is amazing!!!! He welcomes everyone with a smile and honesty makes you feel welcomed and at home! He is willing to help us with any small inconvenience. We got transferred over to verizon within no time with new phones and iPads. It was such an easy and fast process. Thank you Jose you’re the best!!!
