The representative, Juan, was very helpful and went above and beyond for me. He helped me add cellular service for my Apple Watch and transfer my data to a different phone. Forgot my watch at home but he was able to connect it at the store, so by the time I got home, my watch just had to repair with the new phone and was officially paired to my cellular network. Thank you, Juan!
Bad experience with this store not wanting to fulfill my in-store pickup. The reps were trying to convince me to cancel my online order and redo it at the store if I wanted my phone. I ended up cancelling with customer support and reordered with delivery to my home.
Please people be aware of tricks Verizon will play. I went in to take care of a phone problem at the Fontana store on Sierra Lakes Parkway.Some how I was asked about my internet service. I was then asked to try their service TRY never told me how long and most definitely about any contract agreement . I took it home and I instantly was having problems with it.
