RUDE employees! Horrible customer service. I came in for a simple question and help in backing up my texts to icloud. Im an android user so I have no clue in certain iphone things related. Employee was clearly annoyed at my questions and the fact that he wasn't actually being helpful he finally admitted that even he wasn't too familiar with icloud either 🤦🏻‍♀️ but his tone was annoyed and rude! The 800 number does not go to this place of business it goes to the corporate office. You're unable to call and ask for inventory. The people there at the Fontana store on Valley boulevard are rude, unprofessional, have no knowledge of the equipment they sell, ignore customers, are too busy playing on their cell phones talking to their friends right in front of the customers. Coming here it's like going to get your teeth pulled with zero Novocain. So, there's that.... 🤷🏻‍♂️🙄😡 Verizon, I don't want an apology and problem ... read more

Went in today for an upgrade. Eric is the one who helped me and he made it super easy! I thought it was going to take a long time, but start to finish I was out of there in under 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to me about my options and plan changes. Would seek out Eric next time I need to come in for anything.

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Arliss at Verizon! He made our switch from AT&T to Verizon super smooth. He was patient, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. The whole transition was easy and stress-free and on top of that, my wife and I both walked out with brand new upgraded iPhones. Great experience all around. Thanks again, Arliss!
