Zero stars. Waited over an hour at this Verizon store with my baby while being told “a few minutes” again and again. No one helped us. No one checked on us. We were completely ignored. I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 4 years with 8 lines, and I’ve never experienced this level of disrespect. The way we were treated felt unfair and unacceptable. Terrible service. Avoid this location.

I had the home internet plus and it was exactly what I needed up until the router wouldn’t turn on so I went to exchange it for a new one, not only was I charged for the router, even though it was not in my control on how it stopped working. I was then informed that I could no longer have the home Internet plus plan because it wasn’t available where I live, but I had it prior to exchanging the router so now I’m stuck with the home Internet, basic plan and none of my devices are able to work on the Internet because it can no ... read more

Each time i’ve been to this verizon, I am treated with kindness, they are very honest and tell me the best deals I love it. The first time I came I do not remember his name though this recent time I can Cienna helped me, I was in and out of this verizon within 20 minutes all questions answered and left happy. Cienna was super real, sweet and helpful. Thank you!
