Rude workers there they talk bad about you and tell you lies to get their money.
Zero stars. Waited over an hour at this Verizon store with my baby while being told “a few minutes” again and again. No one helped us. No one checked on us. We were completely ignored. I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 4 years with 8 lines, and I’ve never experienced this level of disrespect. The way we were treated felt unfair and unacceptable. Terrible service. Avoid this location.
