Very bad service , I went there today because my phone was SOS instead of helping me they call customer service , and the phone customer representative wanted to talk too one of the employee to verify me they weren’t there . So I left the store
Went in yesterday trying to get an upgrade on my husband phone. So we got the store in Fontana was greeted by a young lady I was not able to see her name. She asked for our phone number. After checking our account she told us that we should not upgrade our phone due to us losing a promotion! I told her yes I am aware of that! She then said if the phone was broken? I would like to give a huge shoutout to Erick, the bilingual customer service representative at the Verizon store in Sierra Lakes, Fontana. Erick went above and beyond to help my senior citizen mom and aunt switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. Not only did he find them a more affordable monthly plan compared to what we were paying at T-Mobile, but the new plan also came with better benefits, including comprehensive phone insurance and additional perks. Worst service in the world my first time buying from Verizon and as a flight attendant i would never recommend to anyone i had Bought 2 phones and none of them work it is my biggest regret this company needs to be shut down it's a scam if u buy a brand new phone it won't work for 24 hrs which is pointless buying a phone i will be calling better business burel and corporate in the morning I have nothing good to say about this company I'm so irritated I hope this company shuts down and everyone gets fired
