Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Arliss at Verizon! He made our switch from AT&T to Verizon super smooth. He was patient, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. Horrible service. Seems like they want to hang around instead of work or care about the community they are serving. Hopefully they get investigated soon.

Vilmar was supposed to help me when I first came in. I brought up that I had issues with my billing and after we had discussed my issues, he told me he cannot help me with billing. He was rude and didn’t want to explain why my bills kept getting higher and higher after he couldn’t explain told me to call Verizon billing.
