I have been a Verizon customer for 18+years. I upgraded one of my lines and added a line in December. I’ve had nothing but billing issues since then. I have been trying to get everything fixed for the past 3 months and have spent over 10 hours on the phone. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with all of my years with Verizon.
Some of the employees are okay, Taylor specifically was great, but Verizon itself is literally one of the worst companies ever. They've been screwing me over since I was 16 and on my mom's family plan. I got off her plan and went elsewhere as soon as I could as they were charging my line and my younger brothers line and extra $100+ every month. Horrible People in this store. Stay Away. 3 other companies in the area. They think nothing about over charging you. Ian is the worst possible person I've ever delt with.
