This is the best Verizon store, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
Mine no joke Players!
Absolute garbage. Their system was having trouble while trying to upgrade a phone. They asked me to order it via the app and they would pick the order and move forward. Now here we sit 45 minutes later and they are waiting for it to “process on the back end”. Go to a different location as the Redmond one has no clue what they are doing.
Before they sold me the Google pixel 9 fold I told them I was worried about the inner screen and they said it's under manufactured warranty for a year. I bought the phone. 90 days later the inner screen separated and Verizon told me because I do not have the top tier of insurance I cannot get the phone replaced even through Its under manufactured warranty.
