Got 3 new IPhones from here under the agreement we would receive significant incentives for trading our old phones in. Shipped all 3 phones in bubble wrap and an additional layer of protective foam for shipping. Took them over 3 and a half weeks to even register that they had been shipped and processed. Despite me being able to track the package and see it had arrived and sat for some time. They then claimed 2 of the phones did not turn on and refused to give us the agreed upon discounts.
