I have always had a great experience at this store and today did not disappoint. Haven worked with my husband and I to upgrade phones. He was patient with our questions, kind hearted, and very professional. His communication was clear and concise so we knew exactly what the charges would be and how they would differ from our current plan (better pricing!). I did not get the store manager's name, but he was also very kind and professional.
Hunter did a great job when I came in 5 minutes before close, very accommodating
The staff at this location always seems to be a bit more knowledgeable and competent than others I've had to go to, i make it a point to do my in person business with Verizon here even if I have to drive a little further than the closest one to me
This is the best Verizon store, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful.
