Decided to switch providers from Verizon. They immediately locked me out of my Verizon Account, so I could not access previous receipts etc. Then started charging my card random amounts & would not tell me what it was for. They said I had to wait until I received the receipt IN THE MAIL. Total robbery. DO NOT US THEM
I'm in love with my new S25 Ultra that I got a spectacular deal on. They have a great promo going on right now. The gentleman that helped me was so patient, skilled with the products. Redmond store is very friendly, will greet you in and is very welcoming. Hunter & Jason are the best! There knowledge base is amazing they have an answer for everything. Very patient with me and very professional. They both deserve a raise from verizon.

I have always had a great experience at this store and today did not disappoint. Haven worked with my husband and I to upgrade phones. He was patient with our questions, kind hearted, and very professional. His communication was clear and concise so we knew exactly what the charges would be and how they would differ from our current plan (better pricing!). I did not get the store manager's name, but he was also very kind and professional.
