Walking inside this store literally triggers PTSD. The staff is unspeakably rude and insufferable. They treat customers like scum. I had a terrible experience in the Redlands store last fall when I bought a new phone. I went back today to submit a power of attorney form and a death certificate for a parent. I visited this Verizon store today and was more than dissatisfied. As soon as I entered I was asked what they can help me with. When I told her what I needed help with she gave me this long speech on how they can’t go into my phone due to “confidentiality”. Or something to that sort. In other words before I could even ask her the list of questions I had she was basically telling me she couldn’t help when she didn’t even know what I needed help with. Jason helped me with the purchase of two new 17s. He messed up the device upgrade on one of my lines and now I’m not receiving the credit that I verified with him multiple times that I would receive. What I headache I’ve been through. Completely disappointed in this establishment. I haven’t had issues with Verizon until now.
I took my Son there to fix his phone due to the phone got wet and the screen went out so we ordered a new phone and went down there February 16…. Well our wait was 1 hour only 4 customers in bldg…. When we saw the one service tech he said we would have to go to Apple to get our QR code???? WTH…. We left!!! We ended up at Verizon at Victoria Gardens and they fixed it with no problem and waited 15 min…. REDLANDS VERIZON SUCKS
I am writing to report an unprofessional experience when calling a Verizon Wireless location that I found on Google and which was clearly listed as the Redlands location. I was calling to inquire about purchasing a phone and was not calling the wrong location. The individual who answered, identifying himself as Michael, laughed and stated that I had reached the wrong location in New Mexico.
