I am writing to report an unprofessional experience when calling a Verizon Wireless location that I found on Google and which was clearly listed as the Redlands location. I was calling to inquire about purchasing a phone and was not calling the wrong location. The individual who answered, identifying himself as Michael, laughed and stated that I had reached the wrong location in New Mexico. I placed a pick up order to this location for a cellphone. The following day Sonia contacted me to try and sell me the same phone. I kept calling Verizon customer service and the store and the phone wasn’t there. So now come to find out the cell phone had been at the store the entire time and I was never notified to pick it up and now the order is cancelled!!! I am livid!!!!
The worst customer service experience. They simply don’t care about customer satisfaction.
Try to avoid this Verizon store, people here dont want to help you at all. They are unfortunately unable to do their jobs. Owner should just hire a bunch of new employees. Just sad.
