If I could give zero stars, I would. This Verizon store in Redlands is the definition of lazy and unprofessional. I placed an order for a phone at 12 PM—plenty of time for them to process it the same day. I know exactly how simple it is to run it through the system and put it in a pickup locker, because I used to work for Verizon and the steps take minutes, not hours. I’m extremely disappointed of the lack of skills and the job performance from the manager of this location! I recently transferred to Verizon from my previous phone provider because I was in need of a family plan. I was offered a fair plan with three lines and iPhones included. I received my first invoice and the amount due it was higher than what they offered to me. I called the number listed on my invoice and I was advised from the representative to go back to the Redlands store and verify that all promotions were applied ... read more

this company refuses to hire enough employees to handle the amount of customers that come into the store. I waiting 30 minutes and all the employees were still busy with the same exact customers. stop being cheap and Hire more people. greedy corporate.

I went to this store to purchase a phone, checked in and there were four employees all socializing in middle of store, was told twice someone would be with me, and nothing, no other customers, waited 20 minutes and left. This store was previously managed properly, horrible customer service will never return, will shop online only.
