I had a problem with my phone. After soooo many phone calls it still didn't fix it so they set me up to go in store. This store, every single employee went above and beyond for me. They helped me work out problems that the phone customer service literally couldn't in just a short amount of time. I went to this store to turn in my trade-in and there were some issues (based on how I purchased my new phone and everything) but Samantha and Jacqueline made the whole thing so easy. They were so kind and thoughtful and made sure I had everything I needed and made the whole experience as painless as possible.
