I went into this Verizon store to get help with a faulty 5g gateway. The salesperson, Jackie, provided little assistance. All she did was tell me how she couldn’t help. She even argued with tech support as they tried to assist. I’ll be switching to Xfinity this weekend!
I was trying to fix my current phone or get a new one. the charging port was not working for at least a week so i went in to see what they could do. they cleaned out the charging port and it was working again. i said thank you and happily left. i plugged my phone in in the car and it was working then it stopped working again. i went back in with my mom so that we could just get a new phone and the employees were very condescending and telling me that the problem was my charger not the phone. we sat down with a different empl... read more
Wait times are ridiculous. They need a larger staff or make appointments so clients don’t have to wait. An hour or more is excessive.
I had an amazing experience at this Verizon store! The team was incredibly professional and resolved an issue that other stores couldn’t. Senior Manager William was outstanding—efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Julie made the entire visit truly enjoyable. She took the time to explain every detail clearly and showed impressive knowledge. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this location!
