Completely useless for assistance, they will give you a phone number to call so you can try and get help and then when the India team can't help you they just shrug their shoulders and say oh well.
I switched over from t mobile. Called a head of time and dealt with Samantha. She was just awesome from start to finish. Highly recommend. She took care of everything. If you want the best customer service you need to see her and her team. Thank you again.
