Ralph was so helpful at the Quakertown store!
I needed help with my phone and an employee named Andrea was very helpful and patient and when I need a new phone, she is exactly who I’m going to go back to
Worked with Raul to get a new phone, and he was phenomenal. He made the process as painless and easy as possible, found me the best deal he could, and was not pushy at all. Best experience I’ve had with a cell provider- definitely ask for him if you can.
Wasted an hour at this store because their system can't order a phone.
