What a mess. They employee that we had did not listen to what I had on my old phone and what I don't want. Example: I never had a lock on my home screen. But he put on on! I told him multiple times that the code that Ihe was using is the open my bank account. He had me go home and dig through my trash to find 2 SIM cards within the 50 minutes before the store closes.
The employees at this store are very helpful in answering all my questions. Lacking technical skills , I realize a lot of my photos never transferred over to my new phone. Luckily the store manager was very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving my dilemma .Shout out to the manager ! Thank you !
