I'd rather just deal with online sales. Some nightmare sales staff. Walked out frustrated.
I have been in twice now to get a new phone. The first time he was disinterested and basically said that no one is usually interested in the phone I wanted (razr) and so I just left. He clearly didn’t want to help. I went in this past weekend and he literally said there were no deals and talked me into leaving and trying again next month. I’m never going back.
Went in to the store a week ago to purchase an Ipad and add to my account. I was told they were out of stock in the store but could ship me one and I would have it in 2 days. That was a week ago and still no Ipad.
