Staff was great help when I needed to replace my phone. They had what I needed and were very helpful. However, in my last bill, I found a "gift receipt" and an added phone line (which corporate offices helped get fixed) from this store after business hours 3 days prior to me getting the phone. Fraud is in evidence which I'm turning over to the Attorney General and FCC.
Roger was very helpful. I needed to get off of someone's plan and go out on my own. Started my own plan with his assistance. Used my current phone I had. Going back for their holiday specials. Thx again Roger & the V-CREW ♡
In store service good. Quality of new phone is below average. Did not pay for past cell phone carrier. Probably won't be here very long

I have been with Verizon since they first came out. I have never had an issue with anything! From moving 4 times to having them troble shot or explane to me how to set up something. But as of this week I went to the Verizon store because my battery was bulging. I spoke with a kid named Jack. I what he'd him do everything & I have had insurance on all the phones I have owned over the year. And the 2nd time I have used it. They sent me the confirmation text with everything on it .
