Recommend to only work with managers at this store. The reps seem to be very careless and distrusting in the setting up process here. Had a great experience the first time, this time I wish I had never stepped foot in that place 😒
I never expected to spend my first three days as a Verizon customer doing nothing but fixing mistakes. This has easily been one of the worst onboarding experiences I’ve ever had with any company. Nearly every issue we’ve encountered can be traced back to our sales representative, DeAaron. He rushed us through the entire process to the point that we left the store without even knowing what our monthly bill would be.
