Verizon makes appointments! Easy and fast! Ask for Roger! He’s my go to and has my loyalty. Friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and makes your time important. He remembers things from the last visit. Def will always set an appointment with Roger when I have any phone/Verizon needs! I hope you know you have an exceptional employee! He takes great care of your customers!!! All the guys there are great!!!
Very helpful
I went in there to get my new phone activated and they weren’t helpful whatsoever I had to spend hours on the phone with customer service and get transfer 1500 times before I got my phone activated over the phone by an agent. Do better.

Excellent corporate location. Russel assisting me in upgrading my phone, he made the process as easy as could be. He was friendly and had great customer service; ensured I got the best bang for my buck. Would highly recommend this location.
