Mary Ann was very nice with us. Then we came in today the guy was help will not help us at all. We ask him questions he didn't answer us. then we just walk out. Only thing we ask to see if I need just a clean out. He said they don't do at this location we need send it off or go down the street for repair. Now we are looking for a new service.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE. You will not get youre order in time, the store and store workers are completely clueless to any transaction not made in the store. I ordered online 2/20/25 and my order was never filled. The store wanted to recharge me for the phone and today is 3/5/25 and il still waiting on my refund (that cant be found in the system) that was supposed to be back on my debit card 3-5 days after the third day i placed my order. We did not have a good experience at another cellular company, so we went to this Verizon store. The staff was terrific and it was a good experience. Good customer service!
