Very rude and didn’t correctly return my equipment. Now I’m spending hours on the phone with customer service. Not to be trusted
Staff was great help when I needed to replace my phone. They had what I needed and were very helpful. However, in my last bill, I found a "gift receipt" and an added phone line (which corporate offices helped get fixed) from this store after business hours 3 days prior to me getting the phone. Fraud is in evidence which I'm turning over to the Attorney General and FCC.
Roger was very helpful. I needed to get off of someone's plan and go out on my own. Started my own plan with his assistance. Used my current phone I had. Going back for their holiday specials. Thx again Roger & the V-CREW ♡
In store service good. Quality of new phone is below average. Did not pay for past cell phone carrier. Probably won't be here very long
Daken was super helpful with getting us a new phone in our budget and getting the old data and number switched over
