I am so grateful for the stellar service I received at the 318 S. College Road location. Any time I have questions about my account, want a new phone, or need plan changes they are always very helpful. Today was no exception. Lu Mitchell couldn't have done a better job. She helped us choose and activate a new phone on our account, and even made sure all of our info transferred over before we left. Thank you Lu!
