I have been in this store several times with good customer service. Today was the opposite. My mom came in with a broken phone. The man who helped her short and abrasive. I came to assist her at the store and I got a similar a tone. Everyone has bad days but today customer service was definitely lacking. We left rather than continue the interaction. My mom did not want a scene or I would have talked to management.
Went into store. Jeremy helped me lower my bill and met all my needs
Jeremy was extremely helpful. His knowledge was exceptional. He used language I could understand.
Outstanding service, very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeremy is the best.
