I wouldn’t recommend Verizon to anyone!! They keep raising my bill from 265 to $408 And walk in they can’t help you at all, you have to call the credit support and they waste a good 45 minutes of your time! And you end up paying the amount anyways or cancel your service with them!! liars!! SCAMMERSSS!!

Incident occurred on 8-18-25 at noon. Requested dif rep as one standing before me had belittled and misadvised me previously. Rep, abrasive on steroids, seated comfortably on stool, refused to assist, told me to go elsewhere if i find them rude, refused to let me wait for a rep that was busy, and refused me access to her sup several times.
