I live 90 miles away in a small community. I had some issues with my bill being twice as much as I was told. I went to the store, taking the 90 mile trip, to rectify the situation. I was met by a rude and condescending salesman. Another stepped in. He did not look up the bill. Instead, he assured my daughter and I it would be lower when she turned her old phone in. Ramsey and another sales associate helped us and we are very satisfied with the service and promotions.
To get ahold of anyone is terrible! I have called 6 different times and each time it sends me to a digital assistant. Can I not talk to an actual person. Not a computer or a recorded message. This is ridiculous if you ever have any problems.
Ramsey tacked on over 60 per month on my bill. Did he think I wouldn't notice? Careful at this location if you get Ramsey. He wants to earn commission and is dishonest in seking this goal.
