Incident occurred on 8-18-25 at noon. Requested dif rep as one standing before me had belittled and misadvised me previously. Rep, abrasive on steroids, seated comfortably on stool, refused to assist, told me to go elsewhere if i find them rude, refused to let me wait for a rep that was busy, and refused me access to her sup several times. Came here with my aunt and Alex was the associate who helped her. He told her it was going to be a set price turns out she’s paying a lot more than that. I'm sorry for anyone that's getting scammed by these people.
