Ashton the manager and whatever employee refused to help and are making up policies just to inconvenience a customer. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with this store
This is the worst Verizon store I’ve ever been in, and I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. Alex was the associate; he lied about what he was doing to my plan and admitted he wanted to add a line to my account so they could “send message to shareholders we are getting more subscribers”. I’m not sure his supervisors would like to know that he’s basically selling trying to get customers to be co-conspirators in shareholder fraud, but his advice was terrible. I’ll never go back.
Staff was very kind and made the switch painless and fast. Very helpful and answered all questions and even gave us a cookie. Huong was our helper, and she was so sweet
