I had a great experience at Verizon thanks to Shy. They were incredibly helpful in getting a new line set up for my uncle-in-law and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Shy also took the time to answer all my questions about a purchase I had made at a different Verizon location, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service all around!
Jeremy at the Verizon store was incredibly helpful. He spent about an hour with me answering all my questions and walking me through everything step by step. It turned out the issue was my own misunderstanding, but he was patient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed. He even gave me a follow-up call afterward to make sure everything was resolved.
