The guy working there was very rude when I tried to return my internet device this morning. He was condescending when I was redirected to go to UPS to drop off my device next door. I was on the phone with another Verizon agent that instructed me to drop off the device on that specific branch but he said he’s not taking it and I was “given the wrong information”. Very rude and disrespectful this guy. I would not recommend going there.

My fiance and I visited the verizon store on 27th and Superior , and we were quickly greeted by Matt Schultz. He was very welcoming and friendly , but most importantly , he resolved our issue with out having to jumping through hoops. We were very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend working with him to resolve your verizon needs.
