I went to Covington store to pickup my upgrade iPhone 16 and was treated very rudely. I was told they could help me transfer info to my new phone even if I paid for service. I tried to transfer info and was unsuccessful. Went back to the store for help and was told they aren’t techs and to go to Apple Store. I went to Apple and got my new phone working. I couldn't get the associate to listen to what I wanted, I just kept getting pushed their agenda. I needed a new phone, I left without. Frustrating.
We were checked in within minutes of arriving at the store. Our sales associate was so competent and helpful! She figured out our problem immediately, got us on the right track for transferring data between two phones, and we were able to leave quickly with instructions for next steps. Highly recommend this store location.
