Tricked the customer to buy devices with useless phone line services. Partly it is on the customer but they really shouldn’t sell the cheapest device and bundle with an expensive phone line. I have att and have done lots of outdoor activities. I usually have the same coverage as my Verizon fellow hikers/clmibers/backpackers. Their customer service representatives gave different information. It really sucks. The store people are horrible with their service too. Will stay away from Verizon.
The staff here have always gone above and beyond with their great customer service AND technical support. This is the only network for me!
My husband and I went to the Verizon store on N 205 in Shoreline yesterday to select new phones as part of their current promotion. Zack, who helped us, Ben, and the manager Joe were really patient as we worked through the issues of converting pretty old phones with plenty of data to the new, much more modern Google Pixel 9 Pros. We really appreciated their support and kindness! Strongly recommend this Verizon store.
Lying idiots. I've been there 3 times for the same exact thing and 3 times they couldn't bother to tell me the truth. They tried forcing me into buying an entire new device with the new line I did need. Can't trust them as far as you could throw a semi
