Consistently horrible service. Today I had to go in because when I called into Verizon to have them transfer my number to a new phone, they disconnected service from both my old phone and new phone and so we were disconnected from the call. This left me without a phone to call anyone, and so I had to go into the store. I explained my situation and they told me it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait!! For the Best Service, go to This store and ask for Reps Danny or Zach. And if they are busy, Assistant Manager Mike and Retail Manager Joseph Feraldi will take care of you. While I was there, they mentioned a new system was about to launch. It has launched and It works. It speeds things up a lot. The employees like it!
