After a less than helpful and pleasant experience with a non corporate store, me and my husband were welcomed and paired with Spencer. He was extremely helpful and patient with us. He helped connect two watches and a tablet. While the POS system was giving him issues he remained so calm and continued to communicate with us. Every store needs a spencer. This will always be our store of choice going further. <3
I traded in my phone here recently and received outstanding service. The techs were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I followed up on my trade-in and additional questions a week later and the team was again awesome to work with. Great store and great team.
We're very patient with my elderly parents and getting their new phones set up and info transferred, even from an old flip phone. Did not try to upset or change their plans, totally appreciate that!
