This is an excellent Verizon store - don't let the low rating fool you. It's a company owned store, which means they are able and/or willing to do things that Franchise stores sometimes can't or won't. I got exceptional service from Emilio: he straighted me out on some technical issues, applied a longevity discount I was eligible for, and even hooked me up with a technologically superior service plan, (which was even cheaper to boot!).
