Connor was great walking me through different prices and and quotes, all the waycthrough installing new screen protectors, and making sure the devices were syncing properly for the swap.
I had to go into the Verizon store because I was having a warranty issue with my phone and they had made special arrangements for me to pick up a phone there because it was the weekend and I really needed it so when I get there, I’m meeting an associate named Briana. The folks at this particular Verizon store are really terrific. Daniel and his staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and actually care. They will help you pick the phones, cases, and screen protectors that will work well for you. They're the best we have come across over the years. Honestly I can't recommend them enough.
Not about this store, about the company: I'm real upset with Verizon because they tricked me into getting their Internet using a fake promotion. I should honestly cancel the internet. They promised an Xbox live game unit for switching to their terrible slow Internet & keeping it for six months. I called to see when I'd be receiving the unit & Verizon said that the promotion was over and I waited to long to call.
