Service sucks and security breach
Spencer and nick were super helpful knowledgeable and polite. They were both super quick to get us thru the upgrade process with no troubles at all. Couldn’t recommend speaking with either of them more.
Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.
Person on the phone had no idea - had me do a reset while on a call -- I guess that's one way to get someone off the phone. To be honest, this is typical verizon and I have finally had enough. Escalated to the 1-800 customer service - disconnected - lady 2 had no clue - called back. lady 3 had no clue. Constant weak signal and NO service = find a new carrier.
