Eduardo Gonzalez at the Verizon store was fantastic! He set up my new phone seamlessly, transferred all my apps, and made sure everything was working perfectly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service—highly recommend this store.
Frustrating Experience with Verizon Customer Service: I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for 7 years, with 5 lines on my account. Recently, I went into the store to make a simple account change—getting a physical SIM card for one of my lines. I’m the account owner and had clear pictures of both the front and back of my ID ready. However, when I spoke with the manager, Alex, I was told I still needed to show the physical ID, despite the fact that the weather was terrible with heavy rain outside.
