BEWARE. We exchanged years of service and 4 phones to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. As expected, they conducted everything under the policy “if you can’t convince em, confuse em.” I refused to succumb, and after 4 hours of demanding clarity, we walked out with 4 new phones. Worst service in south san jose. Charge you for services you canceled. No customer service.
Eduardo Gonzalez at the Verizon store was fantastic! He set up my new phone seamlessly, transferred all my apps, and made sure everything was working perfectly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service—highly recommend this store.
