My daughter went to get an upgrade on my account since she is authorized on my account. She thought everything was fine and they told her that her phone would be shipped to the store and they would let her know when it would be ready for pickup. But the employee that put the address in didn't put the store address. The employee messed up the address so the phone was sent back to sender. Shockingly poor service. I am struggling to connect with an honest agent by phone about allegedly not paying my final bill--I paid it years ago! Illegally, they have re-reported me to the credit bureaus w/o 30 days' pause AFTER I mailed them a request for debt verification. I walked into this Verizon store and waited about three minutes before being acknowledged and placed on a waitlist. Shortly after, a female employee assisted me, but I didn’t catch her name. I came in to upgrade my phone line, but since I’m not the account manager, I needed help getting authorization from my family member, who is the account owner.
