I showed up with barely anyone in the store without an appointment. As of now, I’ve waited for 40 minutes just to drop off some WiFi equipment. It is what it is, but the manager spent 15 minutes helping a Karen who walked in and was rude, and left a few of us waiting behind her. That doesn’t sit right with me. Ultimately I was told I had to call Verizon — it took them ten seconds to tell me that. It would’ve been good to have know that beforehand.
