All events listed below are based on a true story… So the Verizon service went out in SD for a while today as I was driving back home to LA. I pulled over to the Mission Valley Verizon for help to get home and find out if my phone was the problem or if it was the server. I don’t want to be a customer I am stuck with Verizon that’s different. Horrible service my phone never gets signal plus costumer service it’s the worse I can’t believe I complain about At&T they were so much better .
I wanted to shout out Ernie for helping me today. He wasn't even the rep for my appointment, but he totally stepped up to help me when the person I was with wasn't being helpful and was giving me misinformation. He was super chill and friendly and kept me calm for sure. Thank you again Ernie!
