I used to be a fan of Verizon but since I bought a phone at this store last fall, it has been a complete nightmare. The company still owes me hundreds of dollars from overcharging me because some error that happened on their end when I purchased the phone (which by the way is a complete piece of garbage. I have never hated a phone before but this thing, which was supposed to be their top of the line product, is awful). Horrible experience. They messed up my paperwork so bad, it alerted the fraud company.
This was going to be my perfect forever phone. But I guess things changed and my hometown changed.
