I'd give zero stars if I could. Employees starting turning people away at 6:50 PM when they close at 8. Rude, snarky, unhelpful staff. Is it the staffs fault, or does the system they are put in set them up for failure, I don't know. But I do know this stories employees displayed zero empathy or understanding, and were counting down to the second they could go home. Phones are peoples lifelines, where there prescriptions live, boarding passes. You cant login to accounts; bank, health, work... all require text codes to login..... read more
If you’re ever in Mission Valley and you go to Verizon admission Valley at Mission Center, Road you’ve got to go in and see Sandra if a crazy guy like me is excited about her so will you she’s the best and very patient and very smiling and believe me I know nothing about tech and she really helped me. Please please go see Sandra when you’re at that location and kudos to Verizon for hiring her.
Amazing place, of course there was a wait but it’s a busy place . Nancy is beyond helpful. Stayed after her shift to help me. Was very patient and was incredibly persistent with resolving my problem. If I have to go again asking for her. 100/10 store. Great staff and manager.
