The salesman that sold me my phone wasn't the best. He assumed I wanted the "Games Plus Package" (or whatever it is called); for an extra fee. He didn't explain how the insurance policy worked, either, so when someone really, did, steal my phone; I wasn't prepared, and could not pay the $250 co-payment. Beyond my personal experience with this store; Verizon is too expensive. And in Portland, none of the cell phone stores carry Google products. They don't even have Pixel Watch chargers.
Great service! We had an extra charge on our account that shouldn't have been there and Arlo was on the phone with the customer service department for over an hour advocating for us, and knew all the complicated back-end tricks to help get our weird situation figured out.
