Absolutely outstanding service from Sean and Terrance. On 7/22 I came in needing a SIM card, but the store was out of stock. Without missing a beat, Sean came up with a brilliant solution—he offered to personally drive to another store to get one for me. Aaron the store manager is incredibly nice and smart. He literally had the patience to sit with me for 2 hours or more to fix my issues. He did the service calling on my behalf and made sure that they annotate everything properly to prevent future incidents. Honestly, I’ve been through AT&T, T mobile but I have never found an incredible and prompt service as such. Aaron is an asset and Verizon is lucky to have him.
Just stick with T-Mobile they only want to add more lines and their customer service is terrible!
Brian is simply the best. Only good experience I’ve ever had getting a phone. He explains things well and is super charismatic. Definitely makes the phone buying process less grueling. Bought 2 phones with him now!
I had an incredible experience at the Verizon store downtown thanks to Brian. From start to finish, he was efficient, informative, and genuinely helpful. I came in needing a new phone and a new plan, and Brian laid out all of my options clearly based on what I told him I was looking for. He answered every question I had with ease and broke everything down in a way that was super digestible. You can tell he knows his stuff and actually cares about getting you set up right.
