Of you like aggressive mean dudes who are rude to women and add things to your plan you specifically said no to. THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Thanks Z for screwing up my whole plan! If you need Verizon help go to another store. Or change your carrier. I get the feeling these employees get commission off things they add on to your bill so they just don't anyway to make money off of people who just want help.
This place is absolutely terrible. Not only is the store a mess (I've seen frat houses that look cleaner than this dump) but the employees are not even knowledgeable. I went in and a guy named "Z" helped me. He gave the same vibe a used car sales man gives. Kept pushing and pushing e for things I did not want. I simply wanted to upgrade my phone. The new manager was very accommodating and explained what he was doing perfectly on our family’s business account. We called family and he was polite and professional. Also, great teamwork and multitasking was observed here . I do like my previous iPhone more but he had a black 16 so that was cool because it’s the color I wanted and didn’t have time to wait for a 17. Very accommodating to my service dog , Sam.
John Brown at SE Washington location was super helpful getting me a basic phone for my son, he also lowered my monthly bill by reviewing my account.
