Idk who Arlo ( I don’t know how to spell his name because he refused to give his name ) but his customer service was truly awful. I’m not one to complain but I haven’t ever been treated so poorly. Refusing to do the work he gets payed to do, acting like he’s above the work he applied for, not working with us at all to fix an issue caused by the company and stormed off like an actual child. While the Verizon backend system was incredibly frustrating to deal with, Michaela and Aaron went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. 5 stars for the staff, 1 star for the Verizon system.
