So….. “Bradley” was AMAZING! My boyfriend (with his flip-phone)and I were in to ask questions and guidance. Neither of us are tech savvy. Bradley was so friendly, knowledgeable, SUPER patient and got all of our issues identified and he resolved what he could, referred us to administrative support for what he couldn’t do. My faith in humanity is restored! Good for you Verizon! You must be a decent employer to have awesome dedicated employees!!

After 5 days of phone calls and a 4.5 hour stint in my local Verizon store trying to get 5G internet set up for my elderly in-laws with zero success I was ready to give up and move to a new carrier (I’ve been with Verizon for over 22 years). Came to switch over more for the free Samsung tv. Two month later I find out Austin choose another promotion and added phone credits instead of the promotion I came into the store for.

Trying to return a 5g home router? Trying to return anything? Find your own box. They won't help you with that. Sure, the shipping is free, but how are you gonna ship it without a box? Also, 5G home internet from verizon is a pretty bad product. Don't try gaming, the ping will be 150ms at the lowest, often over 900ms ping. The download speeds rarely match the advertised rates. Often buffering even mid tier youtube, and almost always stuttering on Apple TV or Netflix.
