James the store manager is AMAZING!! I left Verizon for literally four days to go to AT&T (worst decision ever), but James was amazing with getting my service reinstated and found promotions that worked better for me. I’m sad the play more plan is gone but Verizon will forever be my top choice. Amazing service from Leo as well. Thank you both for making the process so smooth and easy!
Terrible experience. Associate was very rude and disrespectful and dismissive. For something that was Verizon’s fault. That whole store needs retraining and coaching. Will never go back to that location.
