Always ask questions and call Verizon corporate after leaving this store to ensure they did the right thing for you. Both the manager and Lisa, who helped me, lied to me when I went for a replacement box for my internet. Instead of a replacement they added an additional box to my plan and were lazy to call in to Verizon which is the correct way to replace my current box. I had to spend over 6 hours between two days to resolve my internet issue. I would never buy any service from this store and do not recommend it.
I have never gotten a good deal here. I got a notice to upgrade to a new phone for free. My phone cost over $600.00. I am always disappointed.
