Was in and out quickly
This store is horrible in customer service. Don’t come here if you want help with anything. They suck so bad. Worst place I have ever been.
Always ask questions and call Verizon corporate after leaving this store to ensure they did the right thing for you. Both the manager and Lisa, who helped me, lied to me when I went for a replacement box for my internet. Instead of a replacement they added an additional box to my plan and were lazy to call in to Verizon which is the correct way to replace my current box. I had to spend over 6 hours between two days to resolve my internet issue. I would never buy any service from this store and do not recommend it.
