Do not go to this location if you value your time or need someone to help you with anything! They do not care! Arrived at the location with 2 frustrated customer ahead of me. Two employees on staff with five customers waiting. The one employee couldn’t come out to help because he was doing paperwork in the back… leaving one employee for all five customers. I hate to agree with the others who left a review here but have to say they are spot on. Long wait times, lack of organization in store on who is next. The manager is all over the place running around instead of handling one customer at a time. I understand that things can get hectic in store, but a touch more hospitality and customer service training would go a long way.
