Absolutely the worst experience EVER! I placed an order in advance to help expedite us picking up an order. I placed the order at 9 AM and was told that it should be ready within the hour. My dad made multiple trips to the store to see if it was ready and they gave him the runaround saying that there was no order or it wasn’t ready. I normally do not give negative reviews. However in this case it’s a must. I regret leaving AT&T for a company that does not provide excellent customer service once you have joined with them. My bill has been a disaster every month since May this year, and after multiple calls and in store visits nothing has been resolved.
