When did coming to a Verizon store worst than getting a car? I came in for an upgrade for my phone at 6:15pm and I left at 8:30pm!!! If I can give 0 stars I would. 2hrs and 15 minutes wait for a 15 minute transaction. I’ve been with Verizon for more than 15 years and this service was absolutely unacceptable. I desperately waited because I needed my phone for work(on call for my dialysis patients). Very lazy and with no customer service at all. 👎
Absolutely the worst experience EVER! I placed an order in advance to help expedite us picking up an order. I placed the order at 9 AM and was told that it should be ready within the hour. My dad made multiple trips to the store to see if it was ready and they gave him the runaround saying that there was no order or it wasn’t ready. Then he went back around 4 PM and demanded they fulfill the order before they close and almost 2 hours later, they finally fulfilled the order put it in the locker and then wouldn’t help my 75-ye... read more
