RELIABLE *** About every year or two I need to go into Verizon for something. THIS location has always been knowledgeable, fast, and has me on my way quickly.

Ben and Ashta (sorry if I got your name wrong!!) were so kind and helpful. We’ve had trouble with a couple other employees at other stores and this one but they spent time with us and were patient to help figure out our issues. Give them a bonus whoever runs that store. 🙌
Verizon lied to us about the 5 phones we purchased and we are not happy. Our bill is much higher because they lied to us.
Terrible experience. Waited almost an hour to talk to someone and they don't even know what they're doing. Our "help" almost laughed at us that we needed to complete steps that our "check in" guy could have let us know we needed complete. Check in guy hates his life and could care less. Good luck, I truly hope you don't need actual assistance. I'm sure they'll be happy to accept $ for a new purchase. I wish another carrier covered where we live.....
