been with verizon over 20yrs good service a bit pricey but this location should be avoided slimey sales guys spacific to Sebastian pulled the old bait in switch on me. went to get a new screen protector after paying 240 bucks over the year for protection and he told me to take a hike. put these fools out of a job stay away from 8th north verizon in orem.
I've been in a few times to have various issues addressed, and Verizon employee Carlos provided excellent service both times. I have interacted with other employees at this store, and they too were top notch. Any time I have a question or issue I need help with, this store is my go to. I don't even bother calling in because this store's employees get stuff done and they do it quickly.
This is a corporate store and they are supposed to be able to process trade ins with phones that have swollen batteries. The reps were smooth talking me about recycling it at Best Buy and I almost trusted that until I called the store I like on 800N and State Street. Thankfully they saved me from losing my $600 promotion! Go there, avoid this store.
