I've been in a few times to have various issues addressed, and Verizon employee Carlos provided excellent service both times. I have interacted with other employees at this store, and they too were top notch. Any time I have a question or issue I need help with, this store is my go to. I don't even bother calling in because this store's employees get stuff done and they do it quickly.
This is a corporate store and they are supposed to be able to process trade ins with phones that have swollen batteries. The reps were smooth talking me about recycling it at Best Buy and I almost trusted that until I called the store I like on 800N and State Street. Thankfully they saved me from losing my $600 promotion! Go there, avoid this store.
Trestan is absolutely amazing, he was so helpful at this location. I went to the Spanish Fork location actual Verizon store, they were very unhelpful and directed me to some 1-800 customer service number. If you could guess that was also equally unhelpful. Trestan got everything fixed I needed and helped me lower my monthly bill. If I need Verizon customer service I'll drive the 45mins and ask for Trestan again. Thank you!
