The team was rude and disrespectful. Felt rushed and they didn’t listen well. The manager- Caleb- didn’t show any interest in helping. 10 years loyalty to Verizon doesn’t get even basic service these days. :/
Wrong hours, not actually open on Sundays. Poor customer service. Terrible experience and they don’t seem to care.
After countless issues with the transition to Verizon Titus solved the issues and was friendly and positive throughout. He is a credit to their company
Scheduled an appointment for today to skip the lines. I checked in, before my scheduled time, on the phone and in person. The Verizon app told me I was next to be helped. Three other people were helped before anyone spoke to me since check in. Two managers standing in front of me discussed helping others who had showed up after. The customer service that Verizon offers is not worth the coverage. I wasted over an hour sitting in the store. I came to buy a new phone and left switching to a new carrier.
