Isaiah took great care of my family and I when we came in to get new phones for our young daughters. Took the time to set up the phones securely so we had peace of mind with our daughters having their first phones. I have never been treated so well in a Verizon store before and I have been a customer with Verizon for over 9 years.
Getting a new phone often feels as daunting as buying a new car but Isaiah was amazing! I had to bring in 3 kids with me and he didn’t even bat an eye. He set them up with games and then talked me through not only the payment part but helped me set up my new phone and everything. He was incredibly helpful and kind. 10/10 experience
