By the time I walked into this Verizon store, I was about one dropped call away from launching my phone into the nearest field. For two straight days, my phone was practically unusable. It constantly lost service, logged me out for hours at a time, and refused to cooperate whether I was using mobile data, Wi-Fi, or even my hotspot. Roger Flores was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for my husband and I in the store today. Honestly he did more than he had too I would definitely recommend if you come into this location to ask for him!

I have been with Verizon for 12 years. I came in to get my phones released to switch carriers. I was met by an employee and we joked, but I explained why there was no chance of saving my business. A manager came out, had my transfer pin and print out. I asked about the phone being unlocked, he looked at the amount owed (zero) and reassured us that we were good to go. The folks at this store are so incredibly helpful. When I tried to handle business over the phone or in the app, it always gets so royally messed up but when I go into the store they patiently sort it out and explain it & walk me thru my options. This last time, a manager named Jose was the GOAT! So knowledgeable, patient and kind.
