La atención fue muy buena me hicieron muy fácil el cambio de ATT hacia ellos pedir un papel especial la muchacha que me atendió muy amable muy directa resolvió todas mis preguntas sin molestarse me quedé muy contenta
I would never recommend this phone service provider to anyone. I ordered two phones online and picked up in store. The lady gave us the highest plan and added a fraudulent line making my bill so high. Terrible customer service and this is my first and last time I’ll ever use Verizon. Terrible communication and customer service agents honestly are not helpful either. Very disappointing and not to mention, even with the highest and fastest plan I still only have 1 bar. Phones always loading slow and overheating. Just horrible.
