I was trying to cancel a line after 20 plus years with Verizon. Please note, not cancelling my whole account, just one of the lines. Mark, the manager, was horribly disrespectful and condescending….told me to call the 800 service number if I wanted help. He was wildly unprofessional and hateful over a simple service request.

I 100% advise to come to this corporate location over the location off of MacArthur and SW 3rd. If I would have came to this location from the get go I would have saved myself over 4 hours of a headache. The rep was able to take care of me and 3 other clients at the same time.

Dont go here. They will waste your time trying to upsell you. Saying they are building a quote. Then if you tell them that you just want the basics, they will deliberately delay and just keep you waiting and waiting. What kind of cell phone company is this whose prices depend on what the customer was previously paying with another competitor. Scammers
