I had a great experience!! Alaya was especially amazing. She was so kind, friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about helping me out. Definitely ask for her! The manager here is really great too. Nobody likes going in to deal with phone issues, but they made it a very enjoyable time.
Don't let Christian try to help you. He is more into playing games on his phone rather than helping and very specifically said no he doesn't want to help with doing a upgrade and getting us a new phone

I pretty much knew what I wanted. I need a phone with more memory due to having to use it for work more often. She questioned this asking if I had gotten alerts about memory, etc. She tried selling me the phone with the lower amount of memory. Rep was pleasant. Apparently my families service in 4 different states is experiencing a “small outage” that has been going on for an hour and a half, but “it should only be another have hour or so” because we pay hundreds of dollars to not have consistent phone service. Verizon is really killing it lately.
