Dont go here. They will waste your time trying to upsell you. Saying they are building a quote. Then if you tell them that you just want the basics, they will deliberately delay and just keep you waiting and waiting. Worst customer service ever!
Went in to open a new Verizon plan and transfer an existing Verizon number to the new plan. Was told "we don't do that here you have to call a hotline for that". What's the point of even having a store if you cant do the most basic function of a cell phone service.
I want to send myself reminders and they dent it. I pay my bill yet cant even budget it because it changes monthly I will be leaving soon. Their service is 1 bar or less even ar that. Over business structured. Just like the government they suck anymore. Paying for a name thar was something. Quality ia not I. Their articles anymore.
Good People, But Misleading Promotion and Poor Communication I visited this Verizon store to sign up for home internet service, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to set everything up, explained the process, and made sure my connection was ready before I left. I appreciated their patience and professionalism during the setup.
