Not very helpful, I guess they don't like to deal with prepaid part of Verizon. Even though they were not busy.
Nico is a champion. Went above and beyond to help me get my connectivity issues sorted out.
They were super unhelpful and just gave us a list of numbers to call instead of even beginning to understand our situation. This isn’t the first bad interaction we have had here. I would definitely recommend the one right down the street instead!!
Rep didn’t bother to give me a receipt when I purchased a case. Does not show on my orders at all and was not handed or emailed a receipt. I want to return the case, but now cannot due to no receipt or order.
