Very helpful, and quick
The staff is friendly and helpful. Out of all the Verizon stores this is my go to.
I tried to have them fix my data not working they couldn't, ended up figuring it out on my own now my phone works just fine. Second time I've had issues Verizon couldn't fix lol
This location is always so busy, but the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Kori is especially pleasant and helpful. She's always smiling, friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy when they walk out the door. Definitely recommend this location and recommend you see Kori for the best customer experience.
I would NEVER come to Knapp & East Beltline location again. Came with my son & was treated with "Bias/Unprofessional" treatment.
