Went in to discuss phone issue and our plan. Fred provided excellent service on each. Couldn't be happier with this experience. He explained everything in detail and saved us money.
Brian was my rep during a recent visit to Verizon at the 1979 Beltline location, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He was patient, helpful, and kind. He patiently took the time to listen, answer all of my questions, and walk me through my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was his genuine care and commitment to excellent customer service—something that can be rare these days.
My mom and I worked with Blare to upgrade our phones to the latest models. It was a wonderful experience, Blare did a great job of helping us understand the features of our new devices as well as throughly explaining the transactional side of the visit. Aside from being a wonderful person to work with, it was great to chat together as we waited on the phones to be setup.
Took so long to be helped ended up leaving after an hour of waiting, the lady that checked me in wasn't to worried about solving my issue but would just rather give me a number to call.
I will never visit this location again. Went in to get my husband a phone, waited 1.5 hours (the couple next to us had been there 3 hours). The manager came out at 7:30 (they closed at 8) after eating his dinner in the back and said his employees were busy and we'd need to come back. After looking at him and asking "can't you help us??" He rolled his eyes and said, what do you need again? We set up the phone ourselves and were out of there by 7:58pm. Tried to buy a case but he said "we're closed now".
