Me and my little brother went to get new phones today it’s been years. It was a little busy but Mr. Shelby provided us with very good customer service.
Great experience with Ben. Very knowledgeable, helpful on options and setup.
Not very helpful, I guess they don't like to deal with prepaid part of Verizon. Even though they were not busy.
