went in there and got checked in and waited 25 minutes and then got told I can’t be seen and need to make an appointment
At least one worker here is incredibly incompetent. After accidentally shutting of my entire internet line, when I returned the device he didn't return it properly and they about charged me $200. I spent 3 hours on the phone and two trips to his store all on my day off because of this guy.
Very helpful, and quick
The staff is friendly and helpful. Out of all the Verizon stores this is my go to.
I tried to have them fix my data not working they couldn't, ended up figuring it out on my own now my phone works just fine. Second time I've had issues Verizon couldn't fix lol
