I'm disgusted by the behavior of the management at this location. The manager, I believe his name was Caden, helped my parents and was incredibly rude to them. They are older, one of them just got out of the hospital and couldn't remember how to describe the issues with their phones in that instant. Rather than treating them with any shred of dignity, or the obvious, being patient, Caden, made fun of the fact that they couldn't describe in the moment what they needed help with. Very unprofessional, only good thing was the the rep who assisted me was very nice and kind, I believe his name was axel, very great guy, the manager gretel was very rude, was not helpful at all. Basically didn’t seem eager to help me so I made the switch. Not very satisfied
