Lousy service and help
Called the store for an answer regarding my phone...I was told " call customer service" we don't do that here....well, that's your loss because now you will be faced with litigation to answer my question. My original question wouldn't cost them anything...now it will cost them a ton...
Came in because my grandmother's iphone finally met the true death. I bought her a pre-owned, unlocked android for fairly cheap from BestBuy, and realized we needed a new sim card too. So I called this Verizon, spoke to Beau(Verizon employee) and he informed me he could easily rectify the issue. We came in shortly after the call, and in under 15mins, my grandmother had her newish phone in full working order!
