Cadyn helped my wife and I are our journey with Verizon. He was helpful with all our questions, when we asked about our discounts. Pleasant customer service skills, and a genuine passion for helping others. I would recommend visiting this store if you are wanting to switch to Verizon! My fiancé and I came in twice this week and all of the staff were wonderful. Excellent customer service and professional, gave us an all around great experience and helped us get new phones. Special shout-out to Jonathan Cook and Hugo Lopez, their manager Gretel should give them a raise!

I had an amazing experience with Mercedes at Verizon! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and got exactly what I needed. Her customer service was outstanding — she made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free.
I'm disgusted by the behavior of the management at this location. The manager, I believe his name was Caden, helped my parents and was incredibly rude to them. They are older, one of them just got out of the hospital and couldn't remember how to describe the issues with their phones in that instant. Rather than treating them with any shred of dignity, or the obvious, being patient, Caden, made fun of the fact that they couldn't describe in the moment what they needed help with.
