I'm happy they finally have a corporate store near me. The service is great. Very friendly! Oh and now with the new location...way better!!!

In my opinion, the staff was Extremely Incompetent and Unprofessional. I purchased a New Phone and Wanted to Hand in my Old Phone . I was told that the Data on my Old phone had to be Deleted before they could Accept it and Mail it Back. They were Unable to Delete the Data. I had to Return to the Store Several Times, They Still were Not Able to Accept the Phone Back and Delete the Data . There was a Lot of Waiting, , Back-and-Forth, and Unnecessary Stress. I walked in within the hour of their closing and was instantly greeted by Gabe. He actually remembered my name for my order I picked up. He was very helpful in activating the phone and got me all taken care of. Ask for Gabe and you will be very happy with his customer service

I am battling still against an ex who took out a phone in my name through Verizon. After hours on the phone last week, I was advised to visit a corporate store in person to discuss options. Camila, a store associate at this location, was incredibly helpful and advocated for me as if we were longtime friends. The billion dollar corporation that is Verizon has still failed to help me and is allowing me to be scammed out of nearly $1000.
