I was lied to once again at a Verizon corporate store by a sales rep. I clearly communicated I wanted to add a second phone line and was told I would only be charged tax. They said a “free” perk for 3 days of travel pass would be on the line, totally fine with that if it’s free. Turns out I was charged and would be monthly. What a bunch of trash. Worst Verizon store I have ever been too. The customer service is non existing and the male employee was incredibly rude to me. The female employee was also being rude to another older lady in the store. This was the final straw for me to leave Verizon. Do not go to this store.
I have never experienced such a great customer service at any cellphone store in my life until I met addlay at this verizon store. Everything he said he was going to do, he did it. Thank you so much for caring so much about answering all my questions and making sure I was happy switching all my 5 lines from tmobile to verizon, this store and addlay was a great find, highly recommended!
My phone didnt work. The account did port. it was a cluster. Carlos, Vinny, Vivian, Romeo went above and beyond to help me. Apple was terrible and verizon was great
