I have been a Verizon customer for 23 years...until now. I went to my local Verizon store to take advantage of a promotion that was offered to me online to upgrade my phone. Rather than simply honoring the promotion, the sales representative sought to upsell me in every way possible under the guise of trying to save me money. Meanwhile, the sales rep refused to even honor the promotion that was offered to me online. I would caution everyone to stay away from this store.
