Gabriel was knowledgeable, polite, and proactive. His customer service skills were outstanding as well as his patience and kindness. He helped me get a new phone and tablet and to transfer data, and explained everything in a way I could undestand.
I went into VZ to upgrade on June 2026. Note- it was about 6pm and they stayed a bit after closing to help complete the order. Helped by Camilla and Oscar. Great help able to upgrade even keep my old line. Appreciate the help guys! I recommend this store.
