Camila was absolutely amazing. I went in to fix my phone screen & she set up the sweetest deal for me: a new phone shipped to me for free! On top of that, after trading in my old phone, she told me I qualified for a free iPad which the employee I originally worked with neglected to inform. To be absolutely avoided! We were scammed by the seller. We’re tourists and, naively, we paid in cash for a one-month prepaid SIM card. Five days later, our SIM card was deactivated. When we went to the Verizon store in Naples, they confirmed that we had been scammed because our account showed a $0 payment and that this kind of fraud is common in Miami.
