This has been not a good experience since I started my service with Verizon. The lady who signed me up was very nice But doesn’t know the full process And did not update me thoroughly on the real process of bringing my phone number over and having my phone paid off. Also didn’t let me know that my bill would be higher after I asked a couple of times. I’m already on the platform now so I’m stuck so hopefully everything works out soon but it’s definitely not a smooth transition

Don’t try to come without an appointment. I am trying to drop off equipment and have been sitting forever as the (lack of) staff attends to others. The line is long and I have no idea how long it will take. ☹️
Customer service was less than exceptional. On a $1,200 purchase, he charged us the extra $30 to change over the old phone to the new phone....and then...disappeared. Astounding!
