Don’t bother trying to shop or buy a phone or get any kind of help from this store. We went in a couple of months ago for my husband and we were COMPLETELY ignored. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us, we left. Today, we walked into a completely EMPTY store at 5:15pm and was told they are “by appointment only” because they close at 6:00 and “it could take longer than an hour”. Listen to the other reviews and just don't bother coming here if you need help of any kind. Wasted 45 min in the store just for them to tell me that they can't help. Saw 3-4 people leave the store without being helped when I was there too.
Do not do business with this store specially if you are looking for Internet. The worst service I ever experienced. I received a WiFi unit and had a trial period of 30 days. Within 10 days tried to return the unit back to the store. The employees would not take it back unless I agreed to pay $50 restocking fee. This was never mentioned before.
