I wish I could leave zero stars. This store mishandled my trade-in causing my promotion not to apply. Worse — Verizon customer service would not offer what I was told by one of their employees. Avoid at all costs.
Although she was unable to help me resolve my issue, Remi was extremely friendly and went above and beyond the call of customer service. I have dealt with several Verizon employees the past 2 days and each one left me feeling disappointed. Remi, however, was an entirely different customer service experience. Thank you!
This has been not a good experience since I started my service with Verizon. The lady who signed me up was very nice But doesn’t know the full process And did not update me thoroughly on the real process of bringing my phone number over and having my phone paid off. Also didn’t let me know that my bill would be higher after I asked a couple of times. I’m already on the platform now so I’m stuck so hopefully everything works out soon but it’s definitely not a smooth transition
