Terrible experience we have been with Verizon for more than 10 years and today my Hispanic dad and yes the Hispanic part matters because he went to pick up a phone he had ordered. He registered and their was only 5 people in front of him he waited patiently until it was his turn, once it hit his turn another guy and multiple people walked in after him. Give your business to a different store and not this one. Told the "greeter" person that I needed a replacement for my screen protector when I walked in. After 20 minutes I got someone to help me, or rather, argue with me that they don't do that. Talked over me and told me to go online....as the staff person RIGHT NEXT TO ME was installing same screen protector on a new phone. These screen protectors supposedly have a lifetime warranty (it's a joke, they crack pretty easily) and I've been to 2 other Verizon stores where they... read more
I’ve never really had a good experience here. I personally dread coming to this location, i’d rather drive to Arden or elsewhere than come here. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed, but the wait is always a ridiculous amount of time, they have forgotten people. The workers are nice don’t get me wrong, very kind, patient, and knowledgeable but they really should figure something more convenient for the customers waiting
Needed an Upgrade. Went to the Four Seasons location. Kevin was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He is the reason this store is reaching its Sales Goal. Phone is great.
