Very mixed feelings in this review. My family and I decided to upgrade our phones all together and our first interaction was not pleasant (when looking at the cost), however the store manager at this location, Baker, is an absolutely kind, reassuring, and wonderful manager. My Pixel stopped working because of a software issue, so Verizon was supposed to overnight me a replacement. It got stuck in transit, so I went into the store for help. While waiting for my rep, I ended up standing next to an older lady who was getting a new phone. Her rep told her the phone was “free,” but that she’d still see a charge on her bill—followed by a credit for the same amount, so it would cancel out. Pierce is always wonderful to help me, I trust this location. The employees are quick to make sure you are greeted and helped. My boyfriend was getting a new phone and number today. We were helped by Kinshasa who made sure we understood our options. She didnt pressure us and answered all our questions. Very helpful!! We were in and out in about an hour.
Unpleasant greetings, 3 guys in verizon shirts just standing in corner talking. Pierce was very disrespectful!! We waited a bit and then asked if someone was going to help us and pierce waa very rude by asking is it an emergency? Are you injured? Then we decided to leave without help as Pierce proceeded to be very rude to my husband and I. We won't be going back there ever again!!
