Dakota is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! He is a true tech, insightful, has great problem solving skills and NEVER made me feel like he needed to move on from working with me. Any business would be grateful to have him on their team!!! Kinshasa is also a fantastic team member!!! She helped me with all the knowledge she had to d8nd solutions for me. Never made me feel like my time was up. When she hit something she couldn't solve, she brought Dakota in.
My sister and I received the best customer service of our entire lives at the Verizon in Hendersonville, thanks to Matt and Pierce. We came in to trade in/upgrade our phones during the busy holiday season and Matt helped us find the best deal for our new phones ($0 for my sister!) and initiate the data transfers. The data transfer turned out to be an exceptionally difficult process, taking us hours (all the random things that could go wrong, did). Horrible customer service! No one knows anything nor can gain access to your account to help figure issues out. Salespeople lie about pricing and fees associated with accounts. No one wants to help unless its selling something! Was supposed to receive a callback from business account side and never heard from them! Verizon is a horrible company that is greedy and tacks on many extra fees and then cant explain what they're for other than they cant take me off! The Hendersonville store is incompetent at best!!!
