Anna was a complete Godsend to us. We had 4 phone lines that needed to be switched from StraightTalk and Anna was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, patient and kind.
Very poor customer service I will not return to this store. Would not assist us in disconnecting a deceased relatives account- had no time for us. Had to stand in the parking lot to speak with customer service.. Today that put money over Customer service. I’ll travel to Arden for future needs.
Rude and incompetent workers.
The employees were being incredibly rude to a customer who was wanting information we decided it was best to not give them business hopefully they can find better workers in the future
Version Wireless offers the worst customer service. You can't speak to a live person unless you pay $15.00! Absolutely unacceptable.
