Have had multiple poor experiences at this store. Today was especially disappointing. I entered the store hoping to have two existing phone lines converged onto one phone. I was given multiple reasons why the employee could not help me, one being that my account is a business account. Instead he recommended I call Verizon corporate. I visited the Verizon store in Aspen Grove to upgrade my phone and purchase an I watch, My experience was seamless and accessories were available. I was treated with respect and patience.
Ali is a very capable manager. He handled my needs perfectly all while juggling the other customers in the store. He really made it a great experience.
Never get what I want. 307 for two phones and a watch!!!! Screw this company
