This is a big store. It was kept clean and organized in a good manner. The workers seemed all nice from the beggining. Then thats when they get you. They make the explanation of what you are getting with the plans and service very confusing like and hard to understand. They also explain how your bill is supposed to be like never mind yoh how it never turns out that way. They take so long when trying to activate your service. I was there around 3 hours. I got my issue resolved.
Worst customer service ever! Verizon chat is a joke, when speaking to live representative you can’t understand them or they can’t understand you. The issue is just ongoing . Phone companies are just a joke! Went from T-Mobile to Verizon same ppl answer the phone from both companies !!!!
