Just leaving more negative reviews since the owner seems to pick and choose which ones he responds to. This location SUCKS!!!!
We came in today feeling hesitant and stressed, but the customer service completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful. Even though the store was extremely busy, the staff stayed attentive, efficient, and responsive. We left feeling taken care of and very happy with the service we received.
Stopped by to check on a payment I made for my son’s phone and was greeted first thing by Val. Very pleasant good morning and this young lady was very helpful with my situation great smile and very professional.
Extremely rude and dismissive attitudes from these poorly trained employees. What skip this location at any cost. Third time, over multiple months, trying to get a phone from this location.And they never have anything in stock.And try to sell you, junk, you don't want.
My experience began at home the night before I went to the Sanford store: I attempted to activate my new iPhone at home utilizing the activation instructions provided by Verizon, as the phone along with an iWatch and another iPhone (for my spouse) was ordered online. After 1 attempt on the phone and 2 attempts with the chat option I was unable to get any help, as each time I was disconnected by the Verizon representative---yup, they hung up on me!
