Edit: The little fake comment that Verizon added does nothing. Never even got a call back. Don't be fooled. I was led to believe that my bill was going to be a certain amount every month only to find out that one of the perks was left out and my bill was going to be a lot more expensive than planned. This was very upsetting to me as I explained how important this perk was to my overall bill and how I expressed interest in wanting the overall bill to be cheaper. They will lie to get you signed up. The agent told me he would be waving my activation fees which never happened. I was charged for them in my first bill once I noticed I went back to the this store asked about another rep lied and said she had her manager take care of it. Nope that too was false and now Verizon is charging me an additional 60 for pausing my auto pay while I got this sorted . By far the worst phone company I've dealt with.
