Verizon called me. Ask to set up an appointment to review my account. I agreed. Latisha suggested 12:00 since she had "an opening". 30 minute drive and arrived at 11:50, checked in and waited. At 12:20 I told them I only wait 10 minutes for professors and they had already used twice that. What is happening to our businesses that they have no regard for customers time or punctuality?
