I don’t know how to start. I started with Verizon like 3 or 4 months ago and the truth is that “these people from the Sanford, FL office offer bad service.” From the beginning, they did things wrong. I got 5 lines with an iPhone 16. The person who helped me and opened an account under my name is NELMARY AND HER MANAGER KEVIN. I took the offer at the time which was 5 lines for $135 plus taxes + I gave her our 5 personal phones too! I agreed and so I did. Great service! The General Manager David Bailey, is the best at his job. That's a fact! Not only does he take care of his job he is also able to multitask other people's job as well. He also has an awesome team that are caring and knowledgeable.
