Severely understaffed in the mornings until shortly before noon. Had to wait an hour just to do a 2 minute pickup. Full staff showed up at that time and took care of the backlog of people.

Had to make an emergency stop to reactivate my daughter's phone and then upgrade. Multi assisted with everything. She had to call Verizon to help get the number reactivated and even though it took over an hour Multi did not give up and as she assisted me she made sure the people that came through the door were checked in and assisted as well. The representatives that I have encountered at this store are incompetent. This time it was Lex and Lewis. I understand it’s just a job to them, but their lack of knowledge and inability to assist customers is astonishing. I would recommend driving the extra distance to the Verizon corporate store in Lansing, MI where the employees are courteous and knowledgeable.

The employees at the store all deserve a raise! I decided to go from android to iPhone and was hesitant to transfer everything myself, so I had Abby help me and it was a breeze. She was very pleasant and helpful. The biggest thing that made me leave a five star review is the fact that not one person tried to sell me things I wasn’t interested in. It can be so intimidating to go into a Verizon store due to the sales people doing their job, but not once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. Recommend going to this store for a... read more
