The service is excellent. They were extremely helpful and very patient, polite, and I didn't see any employees getting frustrated. Had such an incredible experience that I brought my parents back the next day to trade in their phones for new ones. Alex, Lauren, and Kim all helped my family over the two appointments. They each helped my parents feel comfortable with switching to more current cellphones.
Filled out online application, approved . Then flagged as fraud , went into the store with credentials proving who I am . Still would not give phone service . Credit app approved , identity verified and still the worst customer service . Unreal .
