I don’t like the energy of the people here; they should be more friendly.
Pitiful useless service. Went in to get my phone traded in with the order already complete, then GUNNER advised me to cancel my order and he’d help me do it there, then immediately after poorly advising this he proceeds to tell me he can’t complete an order for me tonight.
At first, the salesman was very helpful and attentive. However, when another customer he had been working with earlier returned—apparently a larger sale—he became distracted and seemed worried that someone else might take that sale. Even another salesperson commented, “Don’t let him take your sale,” while he was still helping us. I ended up feeling rushed. Overall, they were polite, but their customer service could use improvement in staying focused on each customer.
Give the man Gavin a raise! I walked in same day and got all my stuff taking care of Gavin made it super smooth simple and friendly!
