Walked in, every employee was on their phone and not wanting to help. The one person that helped me was very rude and disrespectful and giving me a lot of attitude. Didnt catch his name, but had long hair and a mustache. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. As quick as I walked in, I walked out.
I could not believe the unprofessionalism presented by this store. I had the unfortunate pleasure of “working” with Erick. When I walked in, he asked what could I do for you, and I told him that I need to cancel my line. I was immediately met with hostility, and his demeanor quickly change from being approachable to immediate hostile. My visit to this Verizon store wasn't the most efficient experience. When I entered, an Assistant Manager checked me in, and I let them know I was there to upgrade my phone. After waiting for close to 20 minutes, another employee informed me that I wasn't authorized to make changes to the account. I feel that this information could have been provided to me by the Assistant Manager at check-in, which would have saved me some time.
