who owns these stores they are out of control
Walked in, every employee was on their phone and not wanting to help. The one person that helped me was very rude and disrespectful and giving me a lot of attitude. Didnt catch his name, but had long hair and a mustache. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. As quick as I walked in, I walked out.
I could not believe the unprofessionalism presented by this store. I had the unfortunate pleasure of “working” with Erick. When I walked in, he asked what could I do for you, and I told him that I need to cancel my line. I was immediately met with hostility, and his demeanor quickly change from being approachable to immediate hostile.
