Was having an issue with my SIM card. Walked, check in on the tablet for their waiting list, and waited about 15 to 20 minutes. A woman named Kennedy helped me, and I was able to replace the SIM card. The whole process took about an hour. Another gentleman helped Kennedy with setting up the new SIM card but I have unfortunately forgotten his name, my apologies, but he was also very helpful. The SIM card on my iPhone went bad, I am in sales and I NEED my phone! Jason at the American Fork Verizon was amazing. It wasn't an easy fix for some very technical reasons, but Jason was very professional and patient. He got me all fixed up and down the road! Thank you Jason, you're the best
Walked in and immediately felt unwelcome. The three boys seemed annoyed I even showed up. When I explained to the first guy what I was trying to solve he said to fix it on the app myself as if I haven’t already tried that. He then said to call customer service which is what I thought his job title is. I said whatever and moved on. The next guy wrote up a quote for a basic plan but made it almost 20 dollars more expensive then what the website states.
