My visit to this Verizon store wasn't the most efficient experience. When I entered, an Assistant Manager checked me in, and I let them know I was there to upgrade my phone. After waiting for close to 20 minutes, another employee informed me that I wasn't authorized to make changes to the account. I feel that this information could have been provided to me by the Assistant Manager at check-in, which would have saved me some time.
