Never told me how to un pause the iCloud syncing to my new phone and they told me I can leave and that there’s nothing else I have to do but hook up to WiFi. No one answers the phone anymore you’re sent to a tech team instead of getting actual information
WARNING: Do not go to this store. The employees here do not want to help you as they do not know customer service. This is over multiple visits of bad experiences. I'm not really sure why Verizon corporate just won't clean house and start over. The sheer arrogance is almost comical. Try another store like Audobon. It's maybe an extra 5 minutes - but I guarantee it'll be worth it. Don't believe me - just scroll down and you'll see I'm not the only one.

Got a new phone today with the help of Von. Hell was super cool and knowledgeable! 10/10 experience on a task that is normally a headache…thanks for the help!
