10/10. As a new Verizon mobile customer the switch was so easy. My rep (Ron) was a HUGE help; I’m so glad I came into the store.
I was in the store on the evening of March 16th and spoke with both an associate and manager. To make a long, long complicated story very short and simple, I was told that I couldn’t replace an existing active Verizon phone number with another existing active Verizon phone number from another person’s account. I explained to them I was told the previous day by Verizon Customer Service it could be done and I was only waiting for the other Verizon account holder to be available the next day to get permission. Very unhelpful store. My phone got hacked last year and they did less than nothing to help me. They called their customer service from the store, and the person on the phone was even less helpful. Nobody was able to help me regarding an account takeover and just gave me the run around. It was so infuriating that I left Verizon for another carrier. Also the store smelled like a dispensary.
I usually visit this store when I need to tackle anything with my phone. So maybe once a year if that. I made the mistake of visiting the Marlton store first because i was in the area and ended up walking out because they were awful. But Cherry Hill? Great every time. There is a wait at this one. Lots of employees and lots of customers. So be prepared for that. But I was with my rep in about 5 minutes without an appointment (on a Friday midday).
