Julius and Erenya Have been nothing but massive helps and trying to get everything taken care of properly on my phone because my second number was not working properly today. Everything they could to help me get that all deleted and now I can send text messages send photos and browse the web while being on the phone with somebody. They did a lot of heavy, digging as well trying to find out more information for me and they did a great job of doing that. Overall, I highly appreciate both of them.
I recently attempted to transfer to Verizon and was excited about the promotion discount they advertise however, the process turned out to be more complicated than expected after contacting Verizon. I was informed I could not receive the discount. I was promised the experience has been frustrating and I hope they can improve their communication regarding promotions in the future. Don't switch to Verizon
