Stopped in last week for a new phone for a prepaid line. It was my first time in YEARS going into any verizon in person for a phone. The last time i did, they did the transfer from 1 phone to another. I had no idea they no longer do that. 🤷♀️ it would have been nice if the sales person offered some kind of instruction other than just checking me out and handing me the box while saying Here you go. There was no conversation no offering of advice, etc, nothing.
