Ordered new phone was ready within an hr or two wasn't in the store longer than 3mins showed ID got phone & was out!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to turn in a phone as a trade-in. My instructions clearly say wipe the phone and return it to this location. But once I arrived they said they don’t have any record of a pending trade. They tell me to call customer service to get a box to return the phone by mail. Why do I have to do that? Can’t they call their own customer service and get it straightened out for me. I already spent a lot of time online and chatting with Verizon to get the new phone. I Tried to activate a phone I ordered. The staff tried to get me to trade in my brand new phone, that I was trying to activate. Instead of activating my device he said he couldn't do it and I needed to order a new phone. So I called Verizon and get the phone I had activated in about 30 min. Watch out for those salesmen. They are clearly only in it for themselves.
It’s people like Cole that keep me staying with Verizon. He was honest and kept it real with helping me pick out the best deal for getting a new home device WIFI. Very pleased with all the Assistance and patience that he helped us with. He needs a raise. Thanks Cole. -Melinda
