AJ Morales was amazing in helping me and my wife get our new phones! Wonderful service from her and Erenya.
We had to take a modem back since it wasn't compatible with our system at home. We waited for over an hour while their store played loud music. I don't mind music but being that loud and you can't even hear what the associate is saying is pretty loud. I'm glad the modem didn't work out because I don't think my ears can handle their type of atmosphere 🤣
We went today and had the pleasure of working with Brandon. He helped me upgrade to the newest iPhone and Apple Watch! He also helped my dad upgrade his phone as well. He was so patient with us and answered several of our questions, very helpful associate, thanks Brandon!
