I have to say this store is so unprofessional and very rude to customers.. I came in trying to upgrade my iPhone and I was greeted rudely and when was trying to get the iPhone I wanted with the storage I was talk to like I was no worth there time and talk down too and told to go the Apple Store across the street if I can afford it and got waved off with a hand motion to get out.. DO NOT GO THERE, A BUNCH OF THRIVES AND LIARS Do not go to the store, a bunch of thieves and liars that will steal your money for nothing! I went to the store with my husband on Thursday to upgrade our service and our phones and trade in our old phones, the salesperson, Mario, said that we only owed the payment of $332.50 and when the time came for us to make the payment their faulty device deducted $3,132.48 from our bank account. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a while. 'D', 'Dee' (or some variation thereof) -- the store "supervisor" -- was arrogant and behaved more like a newly hired junior staff member than a supervisor, with little interest in providing any meaningful assistance. Cocky, arrogant, indifferent and unhelpful are the words that come to mind. Love this location. Quick service and employees are very easy to work with. I go out of my way to come here vs other stores. Ethan helped me during my last visit and did not disappoint.
