This overweight guy with the rep ID ER416 is a liar. I need the district manager to reach out to me asap. He made things so difficult for me, giving me misinformation and screwed my bill up so bad. You think corporate would give a better experience but he is a liar and should be held accountable. I’m submitting every complaint I can against this guy.
If you have 10 people waiting for customer service, maybe get your greeter to handle some of the simple stuff. Oh and stop chit chatting with customers who you finished the sales pitch with.
Beware of this store shady sale tactics, all they care about is making a sale and reach their quotas. They don’t care to take responsibility for their misleading information. Once you walk out their door you are left to deal with their mess on your own. The girl who helped me made me believe the deal I got was legit, until I saw my new bill and spoke to a rep over the phone.
