Eric, Jordan, and Seth are actual angels working here. I had an issue with my flip 8 and tried getting a replacement and after being lied to by several other Verizon agents prior to coming to this store, Jordan stepped up and got help from corporate to help me get a new phone. Eric has been constantly wonderful helping my family get a phone for my grandpa and helping me set up my new phone as well, and Seth was able to help Jordan get me my replacement phone.
