I visited this store to upgrade my cell phone and remove some watches off of our acct. The employees were very helpful in getting me a new phone and figuring the the watch removal process. Definitely like coming to this store for my wireless questions and phone needs. Lots of parking available.
Great Customer Service
Absolute horrible service I have pending orders on my account the people that work at Verizon can't take them off of my account I even offered to pay for it even though it's not my problem just so they would come off and they said it doesn't work like that if I could please get an email from corporate that would be amazing this is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my life and it's not just easy to jump off and go to another provider I use this number for work
