Eko was amazing!
Worst experience I have ever had at a cell phone store. Whet in for an upgrade and this dude disconnected my mother’s work phone while she was at work an hour away and could not get it back working!!! I had to leave my wife at the store to go drive an hour to pick up my mother’s phone and bring it to another Verizon store.
