Eko was EXCELLENT. My son and I came in to switch from T-Mobile. We also had various issues (log in/password/billimg etc) Eko is patient and knowledgeable…AND stayed past closing time to make sure we were all set with our new phones. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I had an issue with an item. Guy told me to come back either Monday or Tuesday and he would be there. Well today is Tuesday. The guy wasn’t even there… he doesn’t even work those days! I don’t appreciate how I was lied to. I took the time out of my day to go back, wasted my gas and everything. Very unprofessional service and I won’t be coming back to this location. I don’t like how my time was not respected.
He is wonderful. He knows exactly what to do. He recommends products and explains carefully the impact on our account. He recognizes me when I walk into the store and greets me with a smile every time. I noticed that he is also well liked by other customers
