The best Verizon Store in all of South Florida in my opinion, thanks to Geo he made us understand in detail our concerns and questions we had. Amazing customer service provided, great attention to detail and very patient and kind. Give that man a raise lol he did amazing. Highly reccomend this place. Thanks to the owners too for hiring amazing employees who get the job done and are welcoming at that.

If you need to get a new phone/device or have any doubts about your account, this store is really the go to place. Every employee and manager have a great attitude, provide a welcoming experience and overall treat you like family. I was provided with inaccurate information regarding a recent phone promotion, which has now left me without a replacement for my failing device. I intended to utilize their offer of a free phone, but it was out of stock. Due to travel commitments, I was unable to place an order at the time.
