This review is an edit. I will leave original piece at the end. This place has put me through the worst experience over the last two months. Got me to upgrade my phone when I just came to get a fixed screen and said they would mail a box and label to send back old phone never got it and there was nothing they could do since the reps didn’t do it day of. now I have to pay for the old phone remaining balance and on top of that there’s a 600+ increase on my bill charging me almost half for the new phone within the 1st 2 months,... read more

I recently was Downtown running errands and on my list of things to do was getting a new phone. Thought I could go to the Apple Store and do that…. I couldn’t and ended up calling Verizon and walked down the street and was helped by Andrew quickly and got my phone the next day. I was so stressed out and he helped me out really appreciate him.

I spent the entire morning at the Verizon store on Woodward ave in Detroit on April 14th. I traded in my old phone. I cannot say enough great things about both Kyla and Ash!
