I had a very similar experience to Dominique. After visiting the store and being "helped" by Pooja, Krysta and Roberto, I spoke with Emmanuel on the phone, who hung up on me as they only service in-store customers. When I was upgrading my phone on June 12, Pooja agreed to remove a $40 activation/upgrade fee after several minutes on the phone getting permission, and I still see the charge on my bill.
