I went in to get me and my daughter new iPhones! Just for the record your employees at this location is lazy and have little knowledge of how to do the job they’re paid to do! No one takes the time to even really make sure new phones are activated and everything is synchronized!! Why am I home a he after getting my phone still trying to activate it?? This is ridiculous! I’ll never be coming back to this location ever again!

Amazing People! I was in town and I dropped my iphone. As a Verizon customer, I took it to their store. Abdul and Eddie were so very helpful and accommodating. Abdul was able to fix my phone! I was so happy and relieved. The kindness shown as well as the excellent service is why I am with Verizon. Bravo! Thanks for saving the day! Linda
A problem developed with my iPhone. Actually, it was not so much a problem with the phone: The difficulty was with my inability to figure it out. When I stopped in to this Verizon shop to see if they could help I had the good fortune to be connected with Abdul. He was able to reset the settings for the Health app.
