I went to this Verizon location after a complex issue with my service line arose. The store itself was a great environment. James, the employee who assisted, was an absolute wizard when it came to resolving the complex tech issue we were having. I can’t express enough gratitude for all the patience and help James provided. Thank you!
I had excellent service today with James. I was able to walk through all the questions I had without feeling rushed and with having thorough details provided to me. James was patient and attentive the whole time. He was also able to ensure I was receiving the best service and plans for my dollar especially being a loyal customer to Verizon for over 10+ years. If you go to Verizon on Lemmon make sure you ask for James!
James was amazing! We had a huge phone line and actual device issue and he was able to fix it all and we got a phone upgrade too!
