This location is absolutely pointless. Yes our account is complicated, yes the employee needs to call the main office to verify, but the employees at this location refuse to do this one step to help us. Every single time we go in they say it’s not possible, then we go to another location nearby and have no problem.
James was excellent, walked in for a new device and walked out with a better plan, add ons, and felt very comfortable with everything.

Terrible experience! While exercising what was advertised as a "free upgrade", upon selecting the new device I was told by the salesperson I would only be responsible for the taxes on the new device. Apparently that was a lie. I was charged for the full price of the phone. To make matters worse, store management failed to remedy the situation after bringing it to their attention. Unacceptable!
Selene and James were terrific. They were so patient with me switching my phone over. So fast, knowledgeable and efficient. Great little cation and very clean store
