Unfortunately the people that work in that store are not trained professionally. The 2 male employees I have had there were absolutely terrible . Very unprofessional. They don’t make any effort to help . The first hiccup they just say they can’t help and I have to call customer service . They were yawning the whole time bored out of their minds. Horrible service. the service manager woman wouldn't accept my photo id to cancel my account and port my number to another carrier physically at the store. This is why I'm getting FAR FAR away from Verizon. I regret giving them my business for the last 7 years. I was able to to do it over the phone. I'm out of this company once and for all.. ps don't bother leaving a kind reply to this post... BYE 👋

Being a mature woman I cannot extol the virtues of Samantha enough. Her patience expertise and consistency when above and beyond the Call of Duty with a more mature client. She is truly an asset to this company. I will recommend her on this location.
