After several failed attempts to activate the new phone I purchased, I decided to go to the Verizon store. Anthony was absolutely amazing . He greeted me immediately and offered assistance. I explained the issue and he assured me he would resolve it which put me at ease. He activated my phone in a very efficient manner and I was on my way. He answered all my questions and educated me on things I was unaware of. He is truly an asset to verizon.
