I cannot believe that after 25 years of being a Verizon customer they want to charge me 30$ to transfer over my info to the new phone. Shame on you, Verizon for ripping us seniors off. Very dissapointed.
Alicia has been so great, she has made a personal connection with us and we had to come back to switch to the 18 pro and definitely had to ask for her! Definitely coming more to the Ventura location and asking for her!!!

Alicia worked her magic on my brother's phone after we had spoken to tech support online they couldn't help with the issues. We decided to replace the phone. Did not receive it overnight as pd extra to receive it. Finally by the 4 day ready to activate phone . No Sim card, once again cld tech support. Advised esim can work.nope. get a new line.
