Poor presentation made to get two phone sales. We were told we could upgrade from our current phones with our monthly bill staying nearly the same ($5 more). We came in to upgrade my wife's old iPhone 11 for her birthday. I asked how much it would be to upgrade my phone at the same time (iPhone 14) both to 16. Sales rep said a little over $500 and so we opted for both. He showed us our new and old payment, which was basically the same . Insignificant except for the $500 or so upfront so we went ahead. Absolutely the WORST customer service from ERICA. I was told by multiple phone representatives that my phone issues could be easily solved in person specifically at the Verizon store located: 488 S. Mills Rd. They made an appointment for me the day before. I arrived for my appointment. Erica would not look up my appointment, nor honor my appointment. Erica would not help me. With everything going on in the world, I believe employers should know how employees are treating their customers. I was very unsatisfied today with the service in the store. The men were all very friendly, however the female staff members were not! They seemed to not know what they were doing and were rude. They acted like they didn't want to be bothered! Then why work there if you don't want to help the customers? Do better.
