I've been a Verizon costumer for many, many years. We went to get my wife a new phone. We had the worst service experience ever! The lady that helped us was in a hurry. She didn't want to answer our questions trying to push us out the store. When your spending 1200 plus dollars I would expect great service and patients and to answer any and all questions we have. Instead we get told I'm ending my shift and basically hurry up. She didn't want to even explain how the phone works or even try and transfer my info to the new phon... read more

Not sure why the store has so many bad reviews. My experience was nothing but positive and looking around everyone had smiles and all the sales reps seem to be in good spirit, Guess you can’t please everyone. Mosses was very helpful transferring service from AT&T and getting a new phone 10/10.

ORIGINAL POST, June 13: I am extremely disappointed with this Verizon location. My family went in for the promo on May 18 and got three new phones. I explicitly asked the agent if my family members could have lower plans but he said that my family needed the highest plans to qualify for the promo. We also explicitly requested to remove our iPad from our plan. I live out of state so on May 21, at a different Verizon corporate location, I learned that we could have been on lower plans and that this agent did not drop the iPad.... read more

When I read reviews I wonder if its a user problem or is it the store. After my experience it is clearly on the customer with the problem (I have heard some of you talk to staff). My experience was great though lengthy. Brian was a great help as well as everyone else.
