These guys have saved our hide every time we have been in there. Courteous, even when busy, and definitely have had our back each time.
Poor presentation made to get two phone sales. We were told we could upgrade from our current phones with our monthly bill staying nearly the same ($5 more). We came in to upgrade my wife's old iPhone 11 for her birthday. I asked how much it would be to upgrade my phone at the same time (iPhone 14) both to 16. Absolutely the WORST customer service from ERICA. I was told by multiple phone representatives that my phone issues could be easily solved in person specifically at the Verizon store located: 488 S. Mills Rd. They made an appointment for me the day before. I arrived for my appointment. Erica would not look up my appointment, nor honor my appointment. Erica would not help me.
