Went in to have my flip 4 screen saver replaced because dirt was getting up under the fold. Salesman said it couldn't be removed because it would ruin the phone. I just removed it myself and the phone is fine. Sorry no new sale for you! Have been a long time repeat customer but rethinking that for my next purchase.
My sister lost her phone and she had insurance on it through Verizon. The tech person showed how to lock the screen and turn off her phone remotely. Also how to recover her info from her old phone to her new phone remotely. She was able to follow the step by step guidance easily. The tech person was polite, understanding, patient and very helpful. She was able to get a new phone and keep the same phone number with all her contacts, texts, emails, pictures, etc restored.
I switched today from T-Mobile. Transition was effortless thanks to Fernando. I was ready to pay more just to forget T-mobile like a bad dream, but actually paid less plus got free Apple Music.
Wouldn't let me buy a phone outright, the salesman was trying to force me to a monthly contract when I was trying to buy a Samsung s26 ultra all at once. Went to best buy and saved $300 with a unlocked version without being stuck on a monthly contract. Don't waste your time.
