Switching to Verizon was one of the worst mistakes I ever made. They upcharge you nearly every month for some random thing. Then I just downgraded our plan since my wife and I are having a baby and won't be traveling internationally, and somehow our bill went up $40. After being with them for 18 months and paying $220 for only 3 lines, I finally cancelled my account, and they charged me $2,500 to do so. I've never felt so scammed in my life! Avoid them at all costs.
Wonderful people. Trained, polite. I got all my contacts back and 10 years of pictures. No one else wanted to do it. I came out of there lifted in spirit and my daughter too. P.S. The supervisor was there and even she helped. I got a beautiful phone cover too. Awsome!!
I came in to drop off 2 phones for the $1000 promo trade-in that I started online, and they totally screwed it up. They said they couldn't process the online trade-in (even though the online trade-in specifically said to drop it off at the store), so they had to cancel the order and reprocess it their way.
