I came in to drop off 2 phones for the $1000 promo trade-in that I started online, and they totally screwed it up. They said they couldn't process the online trade-in (even though the online trade-in specifically said to drop it off at the store), so they had to cancel the order and reprocess it their way. Go to another carrier or at least another store. Rude employees who are only nice to you if you’re signing a 3 year contract. Verizon also makes you come in person to the store and pay at a machine that does not provide change if you’re online payment does not go through. I have had T-Mobile and have never come across this many issues before.
