I’am so happy with this stores manager. I was gracious to have manager Marion help with a on going issue I have been having with my account. This issue has caused my whole line to be suspended for a week and a half. And almost had to pay over a thousand in a phone that was turned in. I was so frustrated and was ready to go to another phone carrier after being with Verizon for over 14 plus years . I took my old iphone and my husband's old iphone in this store to buy new phones and to get help transferring the data. Cedric waited on me and he was terrific! The entire process was lengthy and I knew this going in. But he was so thoughtful and kept thanking me for my patience. We ran into a few snafoos and he worked around them. so lost my wife last week and things got really messed up. but they shut my phone off and they weren’t supposed to and I could call no one cause it would just take me to an automated person on the app. It wouldn’t let me speak to anybody so I stopped in the store. All I wanted him to do is put me on the phone with customer service heavier set. Black guy didn’t help me at all was just rude, everybody was so nice when i bought four iphone 16s.

I just want to say thank you to Brayden who has helped me through a very tough process. He's very kind and assisted me to getting plans according to my needs and cleaning up my plans. As a military family, things change often, so its hard to keep track when we move. Thank you Brayden.
