Hit or miss on good service
every time I had been there they have never been able to assist me. They all just say they don’t know how to fix things on my plan and then tell me to call their technical support team. Huge disappointment, I have left Verizon due to the service received here.
Adam is a 10 Star employ and a pleasure to work with! He was patient even though the store was slammed and they were short staffed! He worked out the best deal for our situation and I highly recommend this location! ASK FOR ADAM!
I had an issue with my iPhone this morning & visited this location for help. Ms. Shaquita (forgive me if I butchered the spelling of her name) was the absolute BEST. Her customer service was top notch and she patiently & effectively solved my phone’s issue and I was able to continue with my day. Verizon & its customers are lucky to have Shaquita as a part of their team! Greatly appreciate her positive attitude & help!
