Returned trade in phones weeks before the deadline to this location. I was given no receipt or confirmation, no tracking information. Now Verizon is saying they have yet to receive the two trade ins. It’s been over six weeks. I’m having to waste my valuable time on the phone getting it fixed. Last time I deal with a third party store.
I just recently switched to Verizon from Tmoble. I was having some issues with my sons phone when i stopped into the Verizon on Forrest Dr. From the time i got in the door, Brookes was on the job. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If your ever in the area, Brookes comes highly recommended.
Ask for Ricardo. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and just genuinely nice to talk to. I like to ask a lot of questions and not everyone shows patience with that, so big thank you to him.
Great store and without I wouldn't be with Verizon. They have the best customer service Liam and Josha are a pleasure to work with.
I’am so happy with this stores manager. I was gracious to have manager Marion help with a on going issue I have been having with my account. This issue has caused my whole line to be suspended for a week and a half. And almost had to pay over a thousand in a phone that was turned in.
