Chaldon Tee was great from reception to closing out the fix. I had a SIM failure announced on my phone, and I was totally frustrated. He did everything necessary to get it squared away, and now I have an eSIM established and working perfectly. His demeanor and his professionalism are notable, and I found them outstanding. You have a great employee in this man.
I returned to the store after recently purchasing a screen protector and wanted to replace it. I was immediately told they aren’t corporate anymore & that purchase isn’t valid anymore. Lazy
Returned trade in phones weeks before the deadline to this location. I was given no receipt or confirmation, no tracking information. Now Verizon is saying they have yet to receive the two trade ins. It’s been over six weeks. I’m having to waste my valuable time on the phone getting it fixed. Last time I deal with a third party store.
I just recently switched to Verizon from Tmoble. I was having some issues with my sons phone when i stopped into the Verizon on Forrest Dr. From the time i got in the door, Brookes was on the job. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If your ever in the area, Brookes comes highly recommended.
