I just recently switched to Verizon from Tmoble. I was having some issues with my sons phone when i stopped into the Verizon on Forrest Dr. From the time i got in the door, Brookes was on the job. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If your ever in the area, Brookes comes highly recommended.
Ask for Ricardo. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and just genuinely nice to talk to. I like to ask a lot of questions and not everyone shows patience with that, so big thank you to him.
Great store and without I wouldn't be with Verizon. They have the best customer service Liam and Josha are a pleasure to work with.
I’am so happy with this stores manager. I was gracious to have manager Marion help with a on going issue I have been having with my account. This issue has caused my whole line to be suspended for a week and a half. And almost had to pay over a thousand in a phone that was turned in. I took my old iphone and my husband's old iphone in this store to buy new phones and to get help transferring the data. Cedric waited on me and he was terrific! The entire process was lengthy and I knew this going in. But he was so thoughtful and kept thanking me for my patience. We ran into a few snafoos and he worked around them.
