Worst customer experience I ever had with any business. The store manager, Marion, rendered himself useless after customer support told me to show up in the store to solve my billing issue. I called twice and showed up twice and nothing was documented. I asked for my receipts and they failed to print them twice while I was at store. No documentation or tracking whatsoever. No emails, no case ID, nothing. Such a waste of time, let alone the bad conduct of business in Tech. Never Verizon again!

Marion was incredibly rude to me during our interaction. I have no idea why they were promoted to assistant manager because it's obvious to me that they need better customer service skills. They spoke to me in a very condescending and demeaning way about a persistent issue that I've been having for a while. Nico was great when I first came in, nice, respectful and genuine, but unfortunately was unable to help with my issue. I had a great experience working with Nick Johnson and Cedric. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. They broke down my phone plan clearly, answered all my questions with honesty and patience, and kept a positive attitude even when there were several obstacles and updates along the way. I also appreciated the casual, friendly conversation that made the process feel comfortable. Overall, both Nick and Cedric showed professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for the customer—I highly recommend them!

The staff is very rude, judgemental, condescending, and inconsiderate. There is little desire to actually help you. Their first instinct is to immediately assume you have no idea what's going on (even if you do), and their patience is immediately thin. I've been to many Verizon stores, and this is the only one I've been to that's like this. Of the three agents I've interacted with at this store, I only had a good experience with Jakai.

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this store. From the moment I walked in, I felt disrespected and judged. Because I didn’t know the current service provider on my phone, I was treated as if the phone was stolen — completely unacceptable. Instead of offering help, the employee made assumptions and refused to assist me, even when I offered my ID to verify my account.
