so lost my wife last week and things got really messed up. but they shut my phone off and they weren’t supposed to and I could call no one cause it would just take me to an automated person on the app. It wouldn’t let me speak to anybody so I stopped in the store. All I wanted him to do is put me on the phone with customer service heavier set. Black guy didn’t help me at all was just rude, everybody was so nice when i bought four iphone 16s.

I just want to say thank you to Brayden who has helped me through a very tough process. He's very kind and assisted me to getting plans according to my needs and cleaning up my plans. As a military family, things change often, so its hard to keep track when we move. Thank you Brayden.
Both Tabby and Liam were both a great help very appreciative they help me get a phone today I was very stressed but they were a wonderful help go to them if you really need a phone.
