Verizon is nothing but a bunch of liars. I purchased a 16 Pro Max, a couple of months ago I done a trade in. I was not aware. I would have to keep the service for three years with them in order to get the credit nothing but a scam and a bunch of liars.
Markus was very attentive and went above and beyond to take care of all my needs. Kudos to management on acquiring, training, and retaining such a talent
