Getting a phone is CRAZY!!! This charge, this charge, but wait...you will get a credit on your bill in 10 years..hee hee. Now there's a charge for Everything......the sales person assisted us but was busy everywhere else too. Did not show us how to use the phone and no book with it.
Today I worked with Shawn and he was amazing! He listened to my concerns and sold me the phone that will best suit my needs and explained so many things about phones and internet I needed to know as a 75 year woman who is trying to keep up with this changing world we live in. I highly recommend this Premium store to everyone. It’s the best Verizon store in town. They really know their product and are about delivering service with their amazing products.
Terrible service
I don’t even know why Verizon still has stores open. Just read all of the 1 star reviews! (I read them after going in and see that it’s not just my family with issues). We went in for a line transfer. I was also interested in a phone upgrade and obviously a new service plan. There were 4 employees working up front and only one had a customer.
