My wife and I went to the store and we were told we were both get $800 each for our phones to turn in. Went back 10 days later and we're told one of the phones when he gets $55. They said we had to call the Verizon store. We did that we're on the phone for an hour and they still can't figure it out. Do not believe anything this store says to you. Verizon texted us they're going to give us $800 back and we went in there and they still said $55. Beware of this place

This store is amazing! Becca is the manager and she helped us out TREMENDOUSLY with our account by making things right and getting us money back. The staff is super nice and worked with us for a few hours total to get the matter solved. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend this store if you want good customer service!

Update: Verizon never contacted me, another lie about their "complete the issue resolution contact form"! _________________________________________________________ This is a company-owned store and Joe, a Verizon employee, lied to me about the auto-pay discount. Joe said if I enroll in auto-pay I would get $20 discount on my monthly bill. I enrolled in the store and Joe said, "Don't worry, it will take a billing cycle to apply the discount" Hey Joe, never got the Auto-Pay discount. On to TMobile!

Went into the store to get a quote on a new plan and Garry Deronda went above and beyond to find me as much savings as possible and still ensuring i would keep my phone and watch and my current phone number. He made my experience a pleasure. He was able to get me upgraded to the newest devices and still save me money compared to my old plan ! Thank you Mr.Deronda for all the help and support !
